Long story short,…read more Last year in October (2022), we had water damage in our bathroom from a corroded pipe. The leak not only damaged our bathroom but caused our ceiling on the first floor to collapse which destroyed our family room. We called our insurance (Madison Mutual) and Falso Plumbing immediately. Falso, couldn't figure out where the leak was coming from so we called up Mr. Rooter of North Syracuse. Once Mr. Rooter fixed the issue, they recommended calling Servpro. Servpro worked with our insurance to resolve the situation in two phases. Phase one was Mitigation and Phase two was Reconstruction. After mitigation was over, Matthew Woiler from ServPro stepped in to guide us through the reconstruction process. He kept us updated, informed and kept our best interest in mind when searching for materials. Matt made numerous trips to Home Depot, Lowe's for us and even made changes to products we didn't like. Once the materials, supplies were finalized we were introduced to Draper's Roofing and Remodeling. These guys had a positive attitude everyday and were professional in their workmanship. They'll take a lot of time, but will work with care, precision and accuracy. They're honest in their pricing if there's any work done out of pocket. This is the best company in town for all your household repairs! My family and I have never been more impressed and happy with our service. Thank you Rodney, Phil, Robert and the entire team at Draper's Roofing and Remodeling for a job well done. Thank you Matthew at Servpro for helping and guiding us step by step through the entire process! It was a long and time consuming journey but it was well worth the wait! -Thank you again, from the Hasan Zakariyya Family

Review of TPM…read moreGeneral Contractors - Liverpool, NY I am sharing my experience so other homeowners will research carefully before hiring TPM General Contractors in Liverpool, NY. After a fire at my home, I hired TPM General Contractors to perform the rebuilding work and paid most of the contract amount expecting the work to be completed properly. Unfortunately, my experience involved what I believe to be shoddy and incomplete work. There were also concerning issues related to electrical work, heating vents that appeared to have been covered rather than properly installed, some items that appeared to be lower quality than what was originally expected, and a proper crawl space/attic access was never installed, along with many other concerns. Less than one year after moving back into my home, the brand new siding already needs to be replaced. Because these issues were never resolved, the remaining balance has now become part of a legal dispute. Since then, I have met with multiple homeowners who have dealt with TPM General Contractors in Liverpool, NY and reported similar experiences, including concerns about work quality, being overcharged, or being billed for items that were never completed. I am posting this in hopes that other homeowners who may have had work performed by TPM General Contractors in Liverpool, NY will share their experiences so people can better understand the full picture before hiring them. If you have had work done by this company and experienced similar issues, please feel free to reach out to me. Homeowners considering any major repair or rebuild project should strongly consider independent inspections and closely monitor the work being performed throughout the process. Based on my experience, I personally would not recommend this contractor.

I was told someone would call me to set up a time to bring fans and dehumidifiers in. my job brings me out of town for the day about 3xs a week. I got a call when they were at my home(I wasn't).1. Luke was supposed to call and set it up. I was at work over an hour away. I told them how to get in( not happy about not being home while they were there). 2.my plumber found they had put a drain hose into a non working drain(also while I wasn't home) and water was backing up into my basement.3.when I did return home, I found when they removed my moldings, they didn't use care at all(both of my contractors told me this). they ripped Sheetrock that I had to fix, 4.took a ceiling fan down, but didn't leave hardware, left dirty ceiling fan(water had poured out of it) and molding with nails in it on the unaffected dining room rug. 5.we also never found some of the moldings(my house is over 150 yo), 6.they broke a deck step when they pulled their machines out(found right after they left) 7. when they removed machines(I was home) not one of them had boot covers or anything. i had to clean up snow from their boots throughout my home after they left. 8. when asked for a bill, 2 months later, was told they hadn't gotten to it yet- they were busy. my insurance agent requested it to close out my claim. was told this all 3 times I called for a bill. So frustrating! this is the most unprofessional restoration place ive ever seen. if you value your home, do NOT hire this company
