Where do I start? My fiance and I walked into this JoS. A. Bank location, in my hometown, looking…read moreto order tuxes for our groomsmen, "bridesmen," fathers and ringbearer. The first red flag came when we explained this to the representative and he said, "I THINK I can handle that." Not in a lighthearted, joking way--in a genuinely unsure way. This kid had NO IDEA what he was doing. We carefully explained everything we wanted, chose the specific styles and had him import it into the JoS. A. Bank software. Let me tell you, this was painful. My fiance and I struggled not to grab the keyboard from him as he cluelessly tried to import our information, all the while clearly deleting everything we had already spent at least 20 minutes letting him set up for our account. At one point, I even asked him if he wanted me to take the keyboard. We eventually got everything saved and left feeling pretty damn unsure about how our order would actually turn out. Sure enough, we go to get my fiance fitted in another location, and he discovers while getting fitted that the kid gave our guys the wrong vest. We have the Baltimore location call the Easton location to change the vest to the correct one, since apparently a phone call is the only way to do it, and are assured the change has been made. We later decide we want a different tie for both the fathers and the ringbearer (he would be so much cuter with a bowtie), so I visit the Easton location directly and make sure to ask for the assistant manager rather than the representative. I felt so much more confident about this guy. He seemed competent, clearheaded, well-versed in the program they use. I asked him twice to confirm the changes just to make sure nothing got screwed up. He assured me they were made. Fast forward to the day before the wedding: Nearly all of the wedding party's vests are wrong--TERRIBLY wrong. Instead of solid black, they're HIDEOUSLY white-and-black diagonal stripes, the vest my fiance had previously changed to solid black. Half the ties are the wrong color. The fathers didn't have the ties I had been reassured they would get by the Easton assistant manager. Half the shoes were different. The best man's pants were 6 inches too short. Thankfully, my fiance noticed many of the issues the day before, and we were promised we would have all the correct pieces the next day (i.e., the wedding day). After all these screw-ups, they at least came through--for the most part--on the wedding day. The best man's pants fit. We got the right vests. The bridesmen and groomsmen got the right ties. But the fathers' ties and half the wedding party's shoes were incorrect. At that point we just let it go. Because what can you do? At least we had the right vests. Avoid this place--and I would go so far as to say JoS. A. Bank in general--at all costs. Every vendor we had for the wedding was incredible, except for this one, and they failed in every way possible. Just don't do it.

Absolutely disgusted by the service we received here and the waste of money. Never ever will I go…read moreback. I'm very much unsure why the people that work here feel they are better then the customers that walk in but they do. I spent close to 500 dollars on two shirts and two pants and even paid to rush tailor them and it was done incorrectly and I truly feel it was on purpose. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

BUYER BEWARE !! I…read morebought a walking pad on 11/4, took it home to realize it was sold without the power cord or the remote to use the pad. I went back on 11/10 ( I work a hybrid schedule so wasn't back in the area until then). I was told that I was not able to return the walking pad - one that requires an electric cord to plug into the wall & a remote to work it, because it was not considered an "electronic" and not a part of their return policy. The manager proceeded to be rude and get smart with me and asked me why I would purchase something when I didn't know if it had all of the parts, which I followed up and asked her why they would sell something on the floor without all of the parts to it. She responded with "that's how it gets donated." So are you going to 1 shoe instead of a match? Are you going to sell a movie without the DVD in it? They really tried to convince me that a walking pad, that needs electricity to work, and has motors, was not an electronic device because it was exercise equipment. I didn't buy dumbbells. Since they didn't want to give me a refund for my purchase, I left my receipt with the manager & went and "donated" the walking pad BACK to them. I can't use it. So if you see an Ancheer walking pad in the back, don't buy it.

Great selection but service at this location never comes with a smile - makes me wish for a self…read morecheckout option. Comment in general about Kohl's is I always feel like I'm getting ripped off if I'm not stacking multiple discounts, seriously, you gotta be a smart shopper to get a deal from them.

The Kohl's associates here have gone out of their way for me several times at this particular…read morelocation. My mother and I were going to order a dress online because our Kohl's cash didn't start until the next day, and of course we wanted to use it. The employee working at the register went out of her way for us and put the dress on hold for us so that I could pick it up the next day when my Kohl's cash would be valid. She was very nice and friendly. I wouldn't have even thought of putting something on hold. The next day, I picked it up, and it was painless. It should also be mentioned that she was working at the Customer Service desk at the time, but she waved us over to ring us up so that we wouldn't have to wait for an available cashier. When I went to pick up the dress the next day, another associate was at the Customer Service (where you go to pick up online orders, things on hold, etc) desk. She was so friendly and warm, and she made sure to fix something manually because one of my coupons wasn't working, even though the coupon was clearly valid. Instead of saying there was nothing she could do or saying come back another time, etc etc, she went out of her way to figure it out and make it ring up properly. Other times I've been in the store, I have seen a manager patiently training someone new and clearly explaining policies. I have also seen the employees joking around with each other. (while still working and stuff!) I'm sure it's not all rainbows and unicorns working at a department store, let's be real, but the people here are really nice, and coming multiple times- different days of the week, time of day, month of the year, etc etc, I have never had an experience with any associate that wasn't a great experience. It's not too hard to find employees to ask for help if you're looking for something/can't find something, but no one tries to get you to buy anything in an obnoxious way like they do at Macy's or some other stores. Frequently someone will smile and say "hi, how are you?" and just leave me to my business, which is how I like it. The employees are the perfect mix of warm/friendly and distant/not hovering. Also, they usually are pretty good about stocking things and keeping them in stock at this Kohl's compared to at least another dozen Kohl's I have frequented. (I went to college in another state, and I used to live in another part of the state I live in currently, so I have been to quite a few different Kohl's quite a few times.) Also, let's be real, the people who work at a department store have no say in what corporate decides the prices are. Same with sales, buy one get one, etc etc. I'm not really sure what the other reviewer expected the Easton Kohl's employees to do for him. Some things are overpriced, but that's to be expected. That's what department sales do. I think that Kohl's really has the best rewards (Kohl's cash), sales, combinable coupons (up to 4, and Kohls cash), promotions, etc etc out of really any department store in the greater Easton area. Target sometimes has a cheaper starting price, but the sales at the Easton Target and really any Target are a joke. It's November, and they still have swimwear out on "clearance" for only a few dollars off of the original price. You've got to be kidding me! At Kohl's, you can easily get nice shirts, dresses, bras, etc etc for a fraction of the original cost, think "Now $3.70" tag on a $30 shirt or "Now $14.00" on a $50 dress. And for what it's worth, the Kohl's shopping center in Easton is not even 1/10th of the nightmare that is the other side of Marlboro Avenue where the Target shopping center is. Dozens of confusing stop signs, hard to make a turn, get in and out, etc etc. I usually don't bother with reviews, especially for something like a generic department store, but I really think that this Easton Kohl's is pretty great and worth taking a few times out of my week to mention to the Yelp universe haha.
