I have been very pleased with the products purchased from Mr. Vape. However. my last two orders I purchased Drip'n 10k First one is green apple 10 K and in my second order same brand pink lemon ice 10K. They both lasted for a few days only. How this shop has any good reviews is beyond me. I used to go here quite a bit until I found a much better shop out here in the av. First off these two dimwits who supposedly run the shop have horrible customer service. They can care less for helping anyone and they even act like it's such an inconvenience to help. Oh I'm sorry dude you have to stop playing your Xbox to help a customer. Boo hoo! I've had plenty of experience of these guys trying to sell me stuff I didn't need or had interest in and usually it would be low quality products. Updated March 17, 2015: I've been meaning to change my review for a while now, but never seemed to get around to it. Mr. Vape definitely one of my go-to shops in the Antelope Valley. It's not in the best location and they may have found one of the few spots where parking isn't plentiful, but I always enjoy my experience when I go in to the shop. In terms of products and customer service, Mr. Vape has everything I'm looking for. They carry a wide range of vape supplies, from beginners to cloud chasers, they've got something that will suit your needs. They've got lots of different premium juices, which is great, because I can spend less on gas commuting for some my favorites and more on juice! The customer service is always great, I feel welcomed by everyone there. The staff is attentive to my needs, letting me taste juice after juice, in order to find just what I'm looking for. They keep up to date with the products and information regarding vaping and the community. Will definitely continue to support the shop when I can! -- Mr. Vape is one of three vape shops that I know of in the Antelope Valley. The Good: Mr. Vape has a great selection of brand name juices and a variety of hardware that caters to almost everyone. They've got the cute girly drip tips and RBAs ranging from affordable to higher end. The staff is very nice and very accommodating. What needs work: It's kinda small with few places to chill, and it's parking isn't all that great (which is weird because the AV is suburbia and most places have a decent parking lot). The employee was nice and immediately tried to sell me the more expensive vape pens but it was not what I was looking for. He showed me one I could use for what I was looking for but not at $65. I just wanted a simple pen for my med but I think he saw my civic and felt he could get me to buy something more. read more

There are things that keep me coming back to this shop, like the rewards program and great selection of e-juice. But almost every time I do go, I walk out sort of regretting it. The skinny guy with the beard, looks kinda dirty, has no People skills.....unless he's talking to his friends. Doesn't make the person off the street feel comfortable. And almost every time I've gone in, other people are just hanging out playing video games, sitting on the only chairs (mind you, the place isn't huge) and blocking the "juice bar" which sucks for customers and the staff doesn't think to tell their friends "hey move over so a customer can check out what we have". I just have never felt completely comfortable in this shop...but I'll most likely be going in again when I need juice.. read more

Shop was full of "friends" of the customer service people, one for every chair and counter space in the place. Condescending staff. That being said, the selection was decent, but overpriced. Terribly rude employees. Act like they know it all. I met the owner a while ago before the shop expanded. I even offered to help promote the shop for discounts. I did such for him and he was really cool, until he hired other people and wasnt in the shop anymore. Not only were the new employees rude and not sociable at all, i lost my discount privileges even though i continued to promote their store. As time went on two main employees, bearded guy and Harry potter hipster. Would act like helping you was a nuisance and that everything you knew was wrong including your opinion. Mid grade quality juice. Got an overpriced tip that was defective on the metal and slants when attaches to my igo-w . slightly old review. went with my wife about a month ago to buy a new mod. We weren't sure on what were were looking at and when we asked questions the guy was more interested in entertaining his friends that were there hanging out. I get that most shops let you try flavors but ignoring those that want to buy isn't the way to run a store. She made her decision and she asked on how to use it and he didn't even bother answering that, every other shop has pulled us to the side and has shown us even the small things but this guy didn't bother doing that. The juice is good and fairly cheap but the terrible customer service is what did it for us. There are plenty of other vape shops This one i would avoid. read more

This place is a ripoff. My mod broke so I had to buy another one, so I stopped by to replace it. I bought a zmax v3 for $75.00. When I got home I found the same one for $41.00. Do your research before buying anything from them. read more

Customer service was horrible. Worst shop I have been to in the AV..they didn't make me feel welcomed in their shop at all... Almost like they didn't wanna be there to help anyone. The guys in the shop were more concerned about the movie they were watching and their pokemon cards or what ever cards he was playing with... I would ask questions and get a very minimum answer. Sampling flavors was horrible. Used my own mod (cotton) so couldn't really tell difference between flavors. Won't be going back here. read more

Horrible experience!! My wife went in and bought some coils for our vapes and they sold her the wrong ones. She went back in and let them know that they sold her the wrong ones and they said oh that happens a lot. They then supposedly sold her the right ones which turned out to be exactly the same wrong ones they sold her the first time. When I got home and she showed me the ones they sold her we opened them up and not only did they sell us the wrong ones but they sold us a pack that has one missing out of it already. Major rip off and they have no idea what they are selling! Never again will we go back here... High desert vape is a much better store! read more

I made two trips here to pick up some juice, and both were more than disappointing. First off, not a fan of the neighborhood, but IMO all of Lancaster is horrible. The parking lot in the back is small, and both times we made our trips as quick as possible because each time there were people "hanging out" by there, one of which tried to get some "help" from us and when we said no, she asked if she could at least have a cigarette. Meanwhile I'm standing there vaping..lol anyeho that's all not the shops fault really, but they have their own downfalls. The instant we walked in, it didn't feel like a business, more like some people hanging out, baked as fuck (seemingly, and I'm not hating. I partake) but this is work, ya know? Right?? I asked to try a juice and he put some drops in a Vape. I wasn't digging it, so I asked to try another. He put some drops of that juice on top of what I just tried, and said it might taste like cinnamon still. I don't know if people who come here don't like to try their juice first, but compared to other vaoe shops, this is a fail of a method. I ended up picking out Ugly butter and when I got home, I saw that they had given me Gnarly Sauce which are vastly different. I came back again a few days later to get more juice because it was only a Mile away, so I figure why not. The dudes were just hanging out, seeming disinterested . I asked about a couple juices but they had no idea what flavor they actually were. So I grabbed a random discount juice and left. Not going back, and i wouldn't recommend it unless youre a friend of theirs. They were nice enough, but its a total waste of a business and peoples times. I am a smoker and was looking for a way to lower my cigarette consumption. I have tried four different types ( i was an early adopter) and was a complete waste of money. I heard about mr vape from friends and came in with questions. A REALLY helpful employee (i think Brenton was his name, i will look at his card and correct if needed) answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. Don't waste your time with online purchases. Talk to these guys and get the right product for you the first time or it will end up in the trash. I just wanted to cut down a little and have cut down to about 4 a day (i usually chain smoke when i get home from work). There customer service is really good and the employee that helped me was extremely helpful. I will be coming back often to pick up fluid (same prices as online). NOTE to smokers: i actually enjoy the "fix" better from my rebuild-able than cigarettes. You will just need to adapt to it. You may vape more than smoke. I did research and this is because they add about 10 chemical compounds in cigarettes to block enzymes that break down nicotine. This is to keep the nicotine levels in blood higher for longer (to make it more addictive). Easily remedied by vaping more. I feel much better after cutting down cigs and flavors are good. This was my last attempt at vaping and Brenton (sorry if i got it wrong) built me a setup that actually works. Word to the wise...If a smoker, go big or go home.
