A couple hours in those and she realized they're too tight to wear all day, so we returned those, too. Overall we spent about an hour and a half trying on shoes, bought four pairs, and returned them all, but every employee we met in our three visits to the store was friendly, competent, and professional.

But nobody ever offered to assist me or even acknowledged my presence. I was disappointed to see that change.
