I went in to pay my loan off and was told that I could not use my debit card to pay off the balance…read moreof the loan and that it must be in cash?!?!? I then attempted to pay an amount over $1000 with my debit card and the card was declined. The young lady who was helping me then spoke to her Manage (? I'm not sure as she was in an office behind the counter). When this woman was told that my card was declined and the amount she responded, in a very hateful and condescending tone, "well no, she has to pay in cash. I was then told by the first young lady that I could go ahead and make a regular payment using the debit card. I took my card back and will be going in with cash in the morning. No where in the paperwork I signed does it state that I have to make large payments in cash. I wonder why this is???? I would definitely not recommend anyone using their services as they are rude and not upfront with their policies. Find another place if you have to use this type of loan service.
