He has handled the entire process with kindness, integrity, and fairness. The beneficiaries of this estate include myself and I can tell you firsthand that this was not an easy estate to handle. Money and greed bring out the worst in people, and that absolutely happened here. Andy in his wisdom used SJF Law Group to maintain the highest level of ethics and accuracy regarding disbursements and to respect my mother's wishes. It is unfortunate that he felt he had to protect himself from legal action just for following the instructions left to him by the will. I knew this, I said nothing fine. 2 months later I had a question regarding taxes. I reached out to them and they never responded. I took care of it myself and got the answer I needed straight from an IRS agent. By the way it took the agent 1 minute to answer my question so no doubt any competent CPA could've answered me in the same amount of time. Still I said NOTHING. 3 months later I got an email from Michelle with an invoice for said services. Unbelievable! I reached out kindly asking what it is for. I even reminded her that she never responded to my request as I happily pay for any services rendered. The response was the nastiest response ever! Customer Service anyone?????? It's no wonder why online CPA's are destroying these mom and pop CPA's. All well deserved! I strongly advise exploring alternative options.
