I am the customer who has a business account for many years and it was the 1st time ever I am challenging a debit in the account. Today another awfull representative asked me so much information to "validate" my account but my account is a BUSINESS account, they may not have some information she asked for until I got to the point that I denied to answer, so she was rude and told me to call my branch. I called my branch and the situation was perfectly addressed. They are the general customer service and their existance is to try to solve a problem or concern and not to be rude or too challenging to the customer. Worst bank customer service! I have an account with Chase and is night and day comparing with City National Bank of Florida.
