The machine informed me that the charge for using the machine was $.10 plus 12% of the total coins. I agreed to the terms. I dropped $39.77 into the machine and got $19.00 back. The machine counted only $21.58. The customer Service were not interested in my complaint, it had nothing to do with them. I will not use again.

Orrstown bank is the worst bank I ever dealt with. as a POA for my mother who opened this account…read morebecause they have an office at her retirement home they have been impossible to work with if you want to move money. they will do everything to keep the money in their bank as long as possible. they denied me access to funds that were clearly within the scope of the POA until I threatened to go to the state attorney general. I've set up a linked external account to move money to a higher yield account and whenever I try to move money there's a strict limit on the amount and it posts as "under review" which means you're not earning the interest in their account or the one you're transferring to For days. I'm still considering contacting the state attorney general to investigate their business practices because the games theyre playing continues. I'm thinking their electricity is generated from a windmill and their company vehicles are horse and buggy. Never heard of them before and now I wish I never had.

People's Bank would make my funds available when the government deposited them. Not always on the 3rd, sometimes a day or so before, occasionally 3 days, depending on if there's a holiday in there. ORRSTOWN BANK DOES NOT Orrstown holds my money until the 3rd, no matter what. So they are collecting interest on my money, for up to 3 days!! Nope. Changing banks, and when November rolls around, I will get my funds on the 1st, not the 3rd, and you won't have the interest on my money.
