What risk are you taking? We've paid lots in interest over the years and have been faithful. With our home equity paid off in the near future, they're about to lose very good, loyal customers for playing shenanigans with our money. When an entity takes control of your funds outside of the law I say they are overstepping, and they're breaking the law, stepping on my rights, and they are treating their customers like a pile of scat. We are considering moving to another bank simply because of how poorly we have been treated there.
