Sometimes I drive like I've got someone in labor in the backseat of my car ok! I'm sorry to all women because I feel like an AWFUL feminist for being such a stereotypical driver. This is what you do. You get a ticket. You bring it here. You pay 45 dollars. You walk away. You get a letter in the mail a month or so later explaining whatever fee you have to pay to the jurisdiction that pulled you over. You pay. You're clear. It's the most hassle free ticket situation I've ever been through AND they're even willing to handle next-day court dates if you forget about that ticket you got 28 days ago.....not that I would know anything about that. I don't leave the city limits often, but there is no better, hassle free deal than these dudes. They're all SUPER DUPER friendly and there's a parking lot in the back that's never full so even though you're in the HELL that is brentwood, you don't have to drive around for five years looking for parking, which is probably for the best considering the reason you're there in the first place. Try this place out and then tell me it isn't the raddest ever ok!

I have a text message chain with a representative stating that they would ask for a dismissal of an infraction that I WAS NOT guilty of & they instead entered a guilty plea for it on my behalf. When I called TLC to find out what happened, I was met with a nasty attitude from Ariel James telling me that they shouldn't have told me that it was possible to get it dismissed because that particular court (in the jurisdiction of the stop) "never dismisses tickets". So I called the court clerk because I needed to know if that was true. She spoke to the prosecuting attorney & let me know that he told her that they didn't receive the evidence that I was asked by TLC to provide. When I called TLC back the following week, I spoke to Lily who started off with a very matter-of-fact tone already, then placed me on hold for several minutes to speak to Ariel James. When she returned to the call, she seemed to have an even worse attitude & proceeded to read me a portion of the text message chain (that I do have access to) where Andrew had stated "The expired plates likely wont be thrown out unless we had proof that the plates were up to date at the time of this stop. We will likely plead guilty to the ticket, which is a no point, non moving violation" but NOT the part following my provided registration to them where Andrew stated " That should be substantial enough to try and get this dismissed. This is not something we can guarantee, but we will submit this to the court to show you were up to date on 03/25 and will ask them to dismiss this ticket". But yet, I received my attorney recommendation with a guilty plea & fine amount for that ticket. Seems to me like this company is full of liars & scam artists. USE SOMEONE ELSE!! ANYONE ELSE really would be better suited to provide legal counsel for these matters. In fact, you'd likely do better representing yourself. Wish someone would have told me this sooner.
