let me start by saying i have had mr. wells as my attorney for two years now…read more i was first refereed to him by a collage of his, due to my particular situation, in 2019 . my own family had stolen my drivers license and got drug charge, after charge in my name. i came to mr. wells with my problem. mr. wells took his time when speaking with me. i never ever once felt rushed. he asked a lot of questions, even hard questions, and was not shy about it. that made feel like he really was concerned about presenting the best factual case on my behalf. mr wells was very straight forward with what he thought he would and would not be able to accomplish with the facts he had. promised noting but was confidant in his pursuit of truth and facts. what he said was the price for his service, was the price, it did not change, and he was upfront if he felt there would be potential further charges, for things like filing fees.(there was not) mr. wells was able to give me confidence not only in him, and his drive to do his job, but in his ability to present the facts. in this case ultimately, he was able to enforce the written laws and protect my identity from this theft. charges were dropped and i was able to, after a few months, get everything resolved. he was very reasonably priced and realistic about payment. so after that, i decided he did such a good job, i would return when needed. he was needed for a few traffic tickets here and there. however, his skills where needed once more when it was discovered that in july of 2019, my fiances identity was used for not one, not two, but three charges, and a fourth attempted that was thwarted by the arresting officer. we did not actually discover this until my fiance lost his job, due to the charges in his name, till dec of 2019. (by then my own personal identity theft had been taken care of) once again i called on mr. wells and mr. well did his thing. he got to know what was going on, the facts and went to work. right away, with in the first two months he was able to get two charges rightfully dropped, these were traffic tickets. this horrible man who stole my fiances identity from him, had gotten a drug charge to the tune of a felony in his name. mr. wells took his time with this case, and did not have a problem with my fiance's questions that he wanted to ask. we were facing trial and he was prepared for jury trial. however, he was very successful in bringing the truth to light and he was able to present facts to the pa, and the case was dismissed before the trial setting. this happened just on 6/15/21. our whole world had been turned upside down. this situation had spidered into every part of our life's. i cried when i got the call on my fiances 40th birthday, that these charges had been dismissed and my fiance was free. we are free. with all this being said. i would very much highly recommend the law services of mr. luke wells. he is a down to earth, hard working, dedicated to the protection and truth of his clients, kind of man. he never ever once made us feel down as people, but he did consistently make us feel reassured and secure in his knowledge and efforts in his pursuit of our protection. he will remain my attorney for these reasons.
