If you got towed and trying to get your car back... you're in for a wild ride!…read more Horrible customer service, my car got towed and when I called them to pick it up the same day they refused to give me the address or any other information, because they "don't work on weekends" which is BS because when you look at the Google site it says 24/7!!! I told the lady that and she said it's not true- then fix your hours!!!! Why did she answer the phone on a Saturday then??? They held my car for the whole weekend!!! I called on Monday to get the address and pay, she didn't have the rate and said she would call me back... never did, and when I called back at 4pm she tells me "we close at 5, and cars need to be out by 4:30" ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!?!? She had me waiting for her to call me back and probably dragging it so I would pay more. She told my boyfriend it would be $300, and then they told me $425... THIEFS!!!!!! I went to get it and the hood was popped open, they scratched the door to get in because the alarm went off, there were smudges everywhere, they unplugged the batteries and expected me to get out of the property like that!? And no refund crazy cause I went down to get it later that day and no way you could miss it ! September 30, 2022 was my day of infamy! By accident, I was helping a person, put their boat in…read morethe water here at diamond pond, utilizing my truck, and it ended up completely submerged. AAA was called and they dispatched Puglisi's of Pittsburg, New Hampshire. He engaged A. Reliable Fix LLC of Clarksville, New Hampshire, to help him in the recovery effort. They completed the recovery, and we tried to pay them, but they weren't sure what the cost would be. Keep in mind, that this would've taken only one of them to accomplish not both of them, but that is where the scam comes in. A. Reliable Fix, LLC ended up being the billing company. The bill came to $2752.52. All they had to do was pull it out and put it on the roll top. I have attached a picture of the bill. Another wrecker company has given me an estimate of $400 for the same job. This is an insurance scam and has been reported to the attorney generals office and to the insurance commissioner. It's interesting to note that there was a cash discount, I wonder if the IRS is auditing their books. Please don't use either one of them as they were rip offs.
