As we came to the bus station, we saw an information booth that sold Segway tours and my wife was sold! We were not disappointed. The tour was about 1.5 hours long, with about 30 minutes for setup, etc. Our guide Loretta was wonderful. She was fun and cheerful as she showed us around, stopping occasionally to help us or explain certain things. The tour was wonderful and I would love to give them 5 stars, however, they sent us to a flamenco show which was extremely poor. In Granada, many companies that work in the tourism industry sell vouchers to their attractions at a steep discount to other attractions for resale. Here, Play Segway sold us a deal to the flamenco show which I highly recommend you avoid. Since the Play Segway does make a cut, I did e-mail them to let them know of my issues, but didn't hear back. We started with the Virtual immersive experience which was about 15 minutes. It was a good introduction going back 35,000 years before our Tour. The sinkhole leading to the Caves was discovered by four friends in 1959. One way path for the Audio Guided tour. About an hour to walk through and be prepared for a good amount of stairs throughout. Temperature was mid to upper 60s Fahrenheit. So a light jacket or sweater is good to have. Breathtaking stroll when you consider the various columns (billed to have the biggest Cave columns in the world) and the cave has been around for 40,000 years. The Lady that was in the Virtual Experience area was very helpful and engaged. The amount and shapes of the Speleothems are amazing. Most definitely worth a visit and would highly recommend.

The bike ride was not intense at all - it was about 2.5 hours, going at a moderate pace, stopping about every 2 minutes to checkout a new landmark, and for the most part there were bike lanes and/or a clear path to ride along. They took us on the backroads in the Spanish mountains, showing us breath-taking scenery and beautiful white villages. We paid about 40 euros each and it was money well-spent.
