Worst customer service experience I've ever had. First off Craig schober tells me i needed a new…read moretune if i bought the fleece cheetah drop in turbo replacement. I saw i could buy that turbo for about $200 cheaper elsewhere. But a new tune is $150. So i go with Hardway. Convenience. Well it gets better, the turbo failure is not Hardway a fault. But i wait a week and a half to fine out that i don't need a tune for my truck after already receiving my turbo. Then the turbo is installed and is no good. I contact Hardway they tell me oh it can't be the turbo it's got to be something else. Told me to data log the truck. This was Monday last week. I sent them the new data log with some videos of how the truck just dumped coal. Ryan Milliken has some short smart ass remarks to my videos. Tells me the videos are worthless. They said they'll look into my data log. That's it. Just out of curiosity i email fleece. They get back to me in 24hrs. We talk and they thought it was the actuator. Overnighted new a new one. Found out later it's not the actuator it's the turbo. Talk to fleece today and they're sending another one and paying whatever shop i pick to install it. I finally received an email from SR. Milliken today telling me to look for a boost leak. Then proceeds to tell me how the data log the autocal does, won't show if the veins are opening or closing. So basically told me i wasted a week without my truck and if i didn't contact fleece myself i would still be chasing an unknown issue. Ryan and Craig have been worthless just like my "videos" and Ryan's data log. I don't care how great of a tuner Ryan is but as the owner of Hardway i would expect some customer support. Common respect& courtesy. Also to hold your guys responsible for lying to just land a commission sale.
