Well that is not the experience she got when she called to make an appointment to drop in for repairs to the door, the water tank, toilet, floor, etc. They happen to be in that part of the country on a certain date and they live in the unit. The promise to drop everything to fix the trailer was a lie and they knew that when they sold it. I wish she would have looked at these Yelp reviews BEFORE buying from these people. When she called in to get help with the broken things believed to be under warranty they got the ole dog and pony show and what seemed like pushback and delays. They wanted to make an appointment that is not convenient to their schedule, they want them to leave with them for some weeks, blah blah blah, etc., etc., etc., Just like the other reviews. So, instead of getting things fixed there at the dealer and under warranty, they are just gonna eat the cost of fixing these things themselves. Which I am sure is what they are wanting.
