I can't say enough about how great these guys are. I worked with Mark on a consignment recently. Due to personal reasons which I won't get into, my wife had a change of heart and realized that she didn't want to let the trailer go. Mark had already found a buyer and had no obligation to work with us at all. But instead, he took the time to work with the buyer and get him into a different trailer. We were able to bring ours back. These guys could have made a profit, but instead understood our situation. They are not out there to nickel and dime you guys, like some other big hain vamper stores would. They actually care about their customers and they love their job. Wow what a difference across the highway made. Had a bad experience at camping world for leaving empty handed then got calls everyday for a month to come back. But my first time at Fun country RV and was greeted right away even with a full lobby with customers making purchases. Met with Mark burrow our salesperson explained exactly what we wanted and he knew right where to go. As we left the office outside to the lot the first thing he said to us was I'm not going to pressure you to buy anything in any way. He was right! He didn't. I bought a Sunlite 16 bh from Fun Country. While the trailer seems to be ok it is a mismatch for my RAV4 Sport. My back end is much too close to the ground when packed and with some water. I have asked for compensation for the problems this has caused me. I will have to put air shocks on my car or get a new vehicle. Dan the sales manager, said air shocks would probably cost around $400. He refuses to give me any cash toward this added expense. While the Sunlite 16 weighs less than my previous rig it has a much heavier tongue weight (especially with water in the tank). I and many other people have said it would not be safe to drive the way it is. I was never advised I would have to do anything to make my car and the rig work. I believe that Fun Country is doing pretty well in sales but they won't give me even a little satisfaction with this issue. read more

We bought our very first camper at Fun Country RV's and Marines and it was a smooth process. If we are ever thinking about getting another RV or a boat, this will definitely be our first stop. We checked out the other RV sales lots in the area and FC doesn't have the largest lot, but they have a quite a few different types of campers on site from a few different companies. When we got there we opted to just walk around the lot first before we made our way inside to find someone in sales. Most were actually locked, but there were enough open that we could get an idea of what we were really interested in. When we did head inside, we met Adam who is fantastic. He showed us a few more that met our criteria and answered our questions. This all happened on Thursday, on Saturday we were pulling our new camper to our house. Before we took it home, an FC mechanic and RV aficionado gave us a full tour of our RV to ensure we knew the ins and outs. He too was awesome! He wasn't rushing us and found answers to my ridiculous electrical questions. They also take trade-ins so we were able to take in a utility trailer we would no longer be needing. We hadn't even checked out their used lot before, but you find it at the very back of the lot. By far, this was a better experience than I could've imagined. I would definitely recommend this place if you're buying new, trading, or selling. Everyone on staff does a stellar job and will make you feel very welcome while you figure out what you want. And if you're lucky, you might get to meet the office mascot, Milo. He's the cutest thing. read more

Took my 76 inboard/outboard tri-hull and trailer in for a summertime check up and service. Then since I had just purchased the boat I had to have the boat lifted off so I could take the trailer back to El Paso to get an empty weight. Then returned to their shop for the boat. Excellent folks who are very helpful and were able complete it all in 3 days. Prices are reasonable and worth the the effort to look them and use their service. read more

This place is right across the Interstate from Camping World. So skip Camping World and go meet the most friendly and helpful people in the RV business at Fun Country. I needed service on my furnace. Every place that I called really didn't want to mess with my small problem. There just wasn't enough money in the small problem to get them to do it. I called Fun Country and they ordered the part overnight. Next day they called me to tell me that they had the part and to come in whenever I could. I showed up in an hour and they had it repaired in an hour. They were busy, but said that furnace repairs took priority, especially on cold nights. One more thing...they did all of this as I was on the road. They really made it easy for us and went above and beyond to help us. The labor charge was fair. The service was outstanding. The staff is very friendly. I highly recommend these guys. read more

I was next door at the Texas Welcome center and was busy reading all the cool information and guess I dallied too long and the battery went dead. I walked next door (and this was while I was on hold waiting for a human from AAA (they never did answer)) and these nice people came over with a battery and jumpers, jumped my car and refused to take any payment! Wow! if this is pre-customer service, I think the customers must be the happiest in the world. So if you need a boat or an RV I looked around they have lot of inventory and it looked slick! read more

The absolute worst buying and customer service of all new vehicals/trailers/boats I have ever experienced. The most careless and lack of concerne for safety of their customers and general public. 2 major safety issues (I purchased both of the following items from Fun Country) They installed the weight distribution hitch completely wrong and not even close to manufacture recommendation (I fixed the day I brought it home) Incorrect calibration of the brake controller, causing excessive heat build up on my truck brakes...again not even close to manufacture recommendation (I fixed 2 days after purchase) These problems were identified in 5 min after reading the installation Manuel's. I took the trailer in for some service items about 6 months after purchase. I was informed they were about 2 weeks backed up on work, so they would look at my trailer about 2 weeks after drop off. I heard nothing from then after week 3 so I called, they said they were still working on problems and would get back with me. After 5 weeks of them never calling me back (me always having to call to check on the status bc I had a camping trip coming up) they only replace a fuze. After 5 weeks...replaced a fuze... told me my other issue I was experiencing wasn't a problem and it was working fine. I picked my trailer up and went on a trip 2 days after picking it up. After getting to the camp site, I find out that they forgot to put back my 30amp power cord as well as my wheel stops. Complete and under disappointment on all levels. It's obvious that the "mechanics" they have working there have no clue what they are doing and the management staff do not care about customer service or the safety of their customers. I ended up taking the trailer to another local dealer and they found the issue that Fun Country said wasn't a problem and fixed it within 2 days. I had recommended this dealer to many friends prior to this, but since this terrible experience I have since told them to go somewhere else, anywhere else but Fun Country. 0 out of 10 would recommend. read more

I was staying at the KOA in Anthony on an overnight and had a problem with my motorhome. They were booked solid for two weeks and had mechanic on vacation so they couldn't help me, but they really did me a solid by referring me to Double T, an independent mobile service who was able to come out and help me. I have a 5th wheel that has had many problems from the time I drove it off the showroom floor. My latest issue happened while en route to AZ from FL. I just happened to be going through El Paso and didn't know where to turn. I googled "RV Repair" on Google Maps and found Fun Country. They took my unit in right away and eased my stressed. While it was in the shop I asked them to also do some maintenance items. I had to leave my cat in the trailer while it was being worked on and they were so careful of not letting him out of the bedroom. They did excellent work, kept me up to date on their progress and pricing was reasonable. They were caring and efficient. It would be worth the 1000 mile trip to go back to a place that is friendly and competent. read more

These folks are great! I was traveling cross-country and my fridge quit. It was under warranty, but none of the dealers Forest River Roadside "Assistance" put me on to would even touch it within 2 weeks. I was able to get in touch with Fun Country and they got right on it, did a great job, and David even called me the next day to see if everything was going well. I never got that treatment from the dealer I bought it from. I live in Los Angeles, but next time I buy an RV I'd seriously consider driving half way across the country to buy it from Fun Country. They have restored my faith in RV repair shops. Great job, guys. read more

Traveling and then having a problem with our water pump, we called our home shop in Washington. They contacted Northwood, the RV manufacturer, and they came up with Camping Word as a repair spot in El Paso. They were 2 weeks out and no way was I going to there. Our home shop then recommended FUN COUNTRY in Anthony and we called. Got in the next day, they evaluated our water system and explained what they found..........all in less than an hour!
