We were very happy with Janice and even Brian when he first took over. However the past two years it has been horrendous dealing with him and the office. We spoke to Brian about a unique situation we had and he assured us that he could and would handle our needs in a timely manner. We submitted tax information in February and cancelled our service with him mid- May. He had done nothing on the taxes we submitted. We sent messages, made phone calls, responded thru the portal and could never get a valid answer or commitment from him. And in fact we had to affirm and reaffirm several times what we wanted and needed and what was submitted. This year NGA added levels of service. Even after upgrading to a premium service, there was zero change or commitment. There is constant turn over. In reading his commitment letter he takes very little or no responsibility for filing taxes. In researching reviews we are not alone. I do not recommend NGA. Wesley
