She was supposed to help me when needed as I have MS (not much). We also bought a new car for her to use when her car was dying, us making the payments. After my daughter barged into my home and verbally attacked me on three separate times, the last one because she asked what I thought about my granddaughter driving much farther to another high school and me being the voice of logic asked what happens if your car breaks down, etc. Then she turned my grandkids against me. Anyway she told Randy Newton some BS story. We were on the phone with him because we needed to sign a document for Melissa Lincoln, my daughter, as she found out that she could extort money from us over the house because we can't afford the payments anymore and we have to sell it. He was just plain mean! I didn't know why then. When we went to sign I told him I was sorry for whatever problems he was having that made him so rude on the phone. He told me I should've treated my daughter better! There are two sides and you don't know the truth. He said he knew enough and didn't want to hear anything from us! My daughter is out of our life sad to say. But for Randy Newton to do this is so unprofessional and insulting to us. Hopefully no one else is treated like this by him.....heed this warning.

This branch is the closest to my house but I'd drive 30 miles to keep from using it. The wait time…read morewas excessively long because the tellers were chatting with customers. One teller was working the counter and drive through and would stay at the window even when there were no cars. They refused to cash my payroll check because my account was a business account. I don't see why it matters. If anything they should do more for me. My girlfriend who is also on my account has had nothing but problems here as well.

When we contacted her law firm she made the arrogant comment that she doesn't make mistakes. She said she would correct the error and then severed all contact. We have made several calls to her firm and sent several emails with no response. She has zero accountability for her actions and has made no effort to correct her mistake.
