The nurses are attentive and the doctor is soft spoken. The reason I came is because my mom wanted me to come because she doesn't know/understand what is going on. To be fair to the doctor - I must say that my mom out of fear/stress and "panic" she tells the staff: "I don't want to hear, don't tell me" - when they start to explain things. She gets extremely tense and stressed-out. So, my mom's plan was for me to come and for me to ask all the questions and for the doctors to tell me all that needs to be said and that way - we would know what is going on. The doctors and nurses are not very talkative and rightly-so they direct themselves to the patient. However, on this situation - it would be wonderful for my mom and my family if the doctors and nurses were a little more willing to explain things. I am not a doctor and finding the right questions to ask - may be a challenge specially if I am not aware/familiar with the situation. I would have loved to have gotten a little more than a simple explanation of the condition, what is happening, what is the plan, etc. My mom had a biopsy right there and then and we were given the test sample to drive it to the hospital and register it in - for the hospital to do the tests. This happened last Tuesday. The doctor gave my mom a follow-up appointment for today Monday at 3pm. I just found out from my father that the doctor told him this morning that they still do not have the test results and they would get back to him when they did. I am looking forward to seeing how all this evolves. And I am also looking forward to a good experience. This is just my first interaction with this doctor's office.

In the beginning as in most jobs there were a few growing pains/ minor issues when getting started but I can say that the Owner, my former boss, Dawn Molina treated me with the utmost respect and treated me like family. She takes pride in making sure that staff are taking care of patients appropriately and has a caring and giving attitude towards people in need. As mentioned prior i worked for Dawn twice and that was in a 3 year petiod. I recommend RGHH for patient care as well as a great place to work. I worked in Business Development and would still work there if i was younger and in better health. I wish Dawn and her Company the utmost Best for the future!

Patient to doctor communication was not great, little to no effort from this doctor during patient…read morevisits. During these visits the doctor avoided eye contact, was dismissive of questions, talked directly to the nurse and not the patient or family member present. Horrible bed side manner. Did not explain well what would happen after visits. Received a surprise call of a prescription available at the pharmacy even though the doctor had mentioned that it was not safe to prescribe that specific medication to the patient. I don't know if we happened to have bad luck and catch the doctor on bad days. I hope he can learn from his mistakes, find kindness in his heart, and show respect to his patients. Maybe its a case of burnout, I hope this doctor finds peace.
