Several of my issues: some man was sleeping in the room we went into for a massage; the door was left open to the hall when the owner left the room, which was many times and she didn't make sure that I was covered by the sheets; she answered her phone when she was massaging me; my back was blistered by the hot stones; she cut the massage time by at least 10 min.; carpeting was dirty, etc. I couldn't wait to get out of there!

I first started doing business with them in 1999 while I was still in HS and they were seated next to Kodiak coffee in Forest Lake... I've had phenomenal hairstylists' as well as not so great over the years. Within the last two years I've started going again more regularly since I decided to put some blonde back in my hair. Jordan is great. She has an awesome personality and she listens well. She doesn't tell you what to do or talk down to you. I highly recommend her in particular. I have had some issues over the years. They've been enough to keep me a way for a while, but somehow I end up always going back. I did however have one issue in particular that management handled well. I've been happy with the overall management and clearly they are doing something right, as there are a few faces that have been there since I started going in the 90s! I do think you will be overall happy going to La Grande Salon. They also have a cute little store within that's worth checking out.
