They close at 9pm Monday to Friday which compared to the Hammersmith branch which closes at 8pm I used to use is miles better. Also the staff are extremely helpful and on one occasion let me in even though it was 10 mins from closing time which I was grateful for as that day I had finished work a lot later than normal.

We began with the Sole Delight treatment, and what a delight. I have to admit that I tend to neglect my tootsies at this time of year, really only paying attention to them in the summer, but after a word or two from Adele about maintaining the expert work that she had done, I will now extend my before bed routine of applying cuticle oil to my finger nails to my somewhat neglected toes too. The body treatment is deserving of praise too. My body was buffed and vigorously scrubbed with the delicious smelling salt product all over, leaving my skin positively glowing and incredibly soft and silky to the touch. The facilities are clean and the ambiance in the room; soothing music, and very soft lighting during the body scrub treatment made for complete relaxation.
