AMAZING THERAPIST!!! I have unfortunately been dealing with frozen shoulders (yes both) for a couple years now. I was having a lot of pain while I was on vacation in Kona. I was referred to Helen by a friend in Kona who said she was the best massage therapist. I was able to schedule a 90 minute session with her. Don't let her petite frame fool you. Helen gave me the most amazing deep tissue massage. She was able to release my shoulders and lower back. Let me tell you that I've had 36 PT sessions, countless massages and no one was able to do what Helen was able to accomplish during my massage. There are some therapists that can work out knots but don't have intuition. There are some with intuition that don't have the combination of skills to relieve muscle pain and tension. She was more than willing to make an appointment for us. We loved our massages (outside, right by the ocean) and she helped us relax with a salt room (didn't know that was a thing) and a steam room. I went to her home and she made me feel so comfortable right away. I was having some neck and shoulder pain along with headaches and she helped me so much.
