Everything was fine until I got a bacterial infection in my big toe from them cutting what didn't need to be cut. He was cleaning the utensils with his pant legging and dumb me should have spoke up. I did not and it led to an urgent care visit. Never had issues with ingrown or my toes at all. This was a shock never believed in infections happening at a nail salon now i do. As I'm sitting here at the salon, after a literally an hour and a half, i cant help but describe the experience that I had, cautioning others to come here, in fear they'd have a similar experience. I would describe myself as a relatively easy going, patient person so having to wait nearly 40 minutes after my SCHEDULED appt time, wasn't the icing on the cake. As i sat in the pedicure chair, not one person acknowledged me until someone sat next to me to receive their own service. Luckily, we spoke up and informed them that I was here first, of which I was attended to. I was excited for some relaxation and to beautify both my nails and toes, as I am preparing for my own bridal shower tomorrow. The gentleman who worked on me was completely distracted, barely paying attention to my pedicure or my experience. He kept leaving the pedicure bay to get his employees to work on other customers. Finally, mid pedicure, another woman who was visibly frustrated attempted to leave and he followed with "ill be done in a minute" and sped through my pedicure to get to hers. At one point, I looked down, and the polish wasn't even on my toenails! It was LITERALLY all over my toe. At that point, I could not hide my frustration and disappointment. Originally, I had booked a pedicure and manicure but due to their lack of attentiveness and rushed behavior, I am leaving with only a pedicure. I am EXTREMELY frustrated, as if I would've known this, I would have booked an appointment at a different place where I could easily get both. Now, i'm having to go to a separate salon TOMORROW for my nails. I 1000000% do not recommend this place. read more

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. My father in law and I showed up for a 09:30 AM appointment the day before my wedding. At 10:00, we asked when our service would begin. We were told it would be shortly. We asked again at 10:15 and were told we would receive service in two minutes. At 10:30, we still had not had anybody else acknowledge our existence, and I'd had enough. We then departed with no apologies from any of the staff on my way out. My recommendation would be to spend your money elsewhere, on a place that actually cares about service. Don't waste your time with this poorly-run operation. read more

My regular manicurist was under the weather and I had to get a mani/pedi done before vacation, so I chose this place from a friend's recommendation. It's clean and attractive inside, and has a lovely choice of nail colors. The prices are great and everyone who worked there were very friendly. It appears to be a popular place, I did not have an appointment when I went, but arrived during a lull and they managed to fit me in. Unfortunately, the gel manicure I received on my hands did not even last four days before lifting up and chipping. (The one I normally receive lasts almost 3 weeks.) The pedicure lasted a lot longer but the young lady cut my nail bed quite badly and I unfortunately did not know until I got home. (No, I have no feeling there, and did warn her to be extra careful.) I am quite disappointed with the whole experience. It could have been an excellent backup but it's just not worth it. I don't recommend. read more

I haven't had my nails done in many years- they did an amazing job but it was almost 60$ for a full set of acrylic- ombré- and when I went back for the fill and gel polish it was 40$ I thought this was a bit expensive but the work was really good *note only pic I had was after I died my hair purple so they did get tinged and they were already grown out a tad in the pic read more

This was my first and last time ever going to this nail salon. The employees were unprofessional, rude, and inexperienced. My sister was placed in a broke salon chair, the lady that was doing her service was 30 minutes late. Once arrived she then sprayed my sister with the water hose that was BROKEN, and they have already known that chair was broken but still decided to proceed using it. We left because they would not give any compensation considering we were both soaked and wet with the hose. No management was around. And they threatened us because we did not pay since no service was provided to any of us. We were harassed and chased down by front receptionist and her friend (stating she does not work there, and threatening to fight us). I was fearful for my life and my sisters . The atmosphere is nice, but there was a lot of confusion at the front with multiple people asking what I wanted and my not understanding the check-in terminal. The female tech my tech sat next to was the best part of the visit and I wished I had her. I had waited to get nails done and was excited to see the salon. I was put with a NEW technician -- he did not know how to do the dip. I should have stopped him, but I was thinking "give him a chance." He said my nails are dipped in the middle which is why he could not get a flat surface with the DIP. He was extremely slow even after the soak-off, I should have just left the other set on and perhaps done acrylic fills. I just wanted my nails to look good for an upcoming trip ...UGH!! I am pretty annoyed in that I had to file off the excess top coat to even out the dip acrylic b/c it was so think and misshapen. I doubt I will go back! read more

Very friendly and welcoming environment. Decent job on my nails. The only real issue I had was that the place seem to smell a bit and made it seem unclean, though it didn't look unclean. Can't quite pinpoint it, but I kept thinking it smelled like mildew. Even whenever I got in the car I still feel like my hands smell funky, can't quit putting hand sanitizer on. read more

Awesome service and cleanliness was top notch. I called about an hour before and they had no problem setting my appointment for 1:45. Quick response and as friendly on the phone as they were in person. Right off of the expressway so it's accesible for those local or not so far from the area. I would give the overall cleanliness an A+. Fresh tools/liners and they were cleaning constantly during my visit which shows they care about the customers experience and comfort top of their priorities. Only complaint is from the gel selection, they were out of a lot of the colors however the tech helped me and was patient until I found the color that best suited me. I made an appointment for my daughter and her bridal party to get their nails done here on Jan1st. They did just a horrific job she's now having to go somewhere else to have them removed and redone. I would avoid this place like the plague. It looks nice inside but if they're going to let a bride walk away with nails looking like this. What will you end up with?? I'm stunned at just how bad they look. My daughter asked for a light pink polish and ended up with a weird baby poop orange, on top of the full set looking like garbage. What they should have done is offered my daughter a full refund and took the set off. Just don't go here. I should have listen to the other reviewer's. Spent over $120 here for an acrylic set and pedicure. My acrylics looked HORRIBLE! I had to ask the man who did them to fix them, and he was so angry about it. Then, once he attempted to "fix" the shape (which still looked really bad), I had to tell him he needed to polish over the freshly reshaped nail, HE WAS SO RUDE. The entire set ended up falling off within a week. Do NOT go here! They prioritize quantity over quality. read more

I hate writing these things, but this one feels warented... I went in with my mother and daughter this weekend for a late Mothers day gift. The inside was clean and nice. It was very slow, so I was optimistic about a good experience and not having someone rush through. I choose one of the medium priced packages, thinking I was going to get a little pampering. The gentleman that worked on me clearly did not want to be there and did not care about quality of work. He took forever to get my water on and going, he just ran the smoothing stone over the bottom of my feet in one fleeting motion. He did not smooth my heals or my big toe's, that desperately needed it. He cut me twice, and then, distracted by talking to the person next to him, he filed so long on one of my baby toes, it started to bleed. He rubbed lotion on my legs, but there was absolutely no message at all. When he polished my toes, the polish seemed lumpy and he had to go over it several times for it to look right. My daughters toe nail polish started flaking off the next day. Unfortunately we did not have a good experience and will not be returning. read more

First & last time at this place! I made appts for 3 pedicures at 4pm. As I was pulling in 10 minutes before the appts, I receive a call telling me they just got in a lot of walk in & that our appts would have to me moved. What is the point of making an appt?!?!????? I could have just walked in & gotten the pedicure & bumped someone else's appt. Once started, one of our pedicures was started about 10 or 15 minutes later than the rest & miraculously ended at about the same time as the others. Since they close at 5, we were now there at closing time. During the pedicures, they turned off the music & started cleaning & mopping the floors. This is not the atmosphere or experience I was looking for. Lisa, the manager, says "honey, they mop near you at a restaurant". Well, "honey", I was at a spa looking for a relaxing experience!!!! After speaking to Lisa the manager, she "investigated" the situation & defended all of this. She did not even apologize for anything!!! I will NOT be going back. Neither will my 2 friends. Worst nails I've ever seen. The nail tech that worked with us seemed to be a new employee. The tech even asked another employee who has been there longer to help do a design. Right after agreeing to help do the design, the veteran employee then LEFT the building, to go do some shopping, and then came back with bags nearly 20 minutes later. Proceeds to show off their shopping purchases to others in the store, and then FINALLY comes over to us to "check in". At this point the newer employee had already finished the nails, which were absolutely terrible. They managed to cut a finger, glued a couple fingers together, the sizes were inconsistent across the nails (some round some skinny), bumpy uneven texture, and to top it all off, we paid FULL PRICE. Worst experience I've had, not only at a nail salon, but at any place of business EVER. It is a shame this place survived COVID. Do not waste your money or time. read more

Got a great basic pedi and gel mani with rose. One of the nicer salons I've seen in Lakeland. Beautiful and clean. Amazing color selection including opi gel and matching regular opi for toes... that other salons in the area don't carry! For the price, can't be beat. $56 for both! The pedicure was nice and included lots of extras for a basic! The chairs also were very new. My gel Manicure was great and rose even fixed a toe I screwed up after leaving the store. Definitely would go back when visiting Lakeland to see my family! read more

My dad and I have been visiting this salon for about a year. We've always had great service, and the price is good as well. However, the last two visits have been less than stellar. The last visit decided us on not continuing to patronize this establishment. On Saturday, my dad called and made an appointment for 2 pedis next to each other for 11:30 on Sunday. We arrived about 10 minutes early. My name was called, and the tech said my dad could also come back. My tub was filled, my feet were soaked, I partook of the offered paraffin treatment . . . still, nobody even came over to my dad. By the time my nails were painted, it was clear nobody was going to start my dad's pedicure. I went up to speak to the receptionist. She said she didn't have enough nail techs, but did not think to say something before I started mine, despite the fact that we specifically booked ours to be done at the same time. I asked for a manager, she told me she (Erika) was the manager. I asked to speak to the owner, and was told by Erika that she didn't know when the owner would be available. If Erika is/was the manager, she definitely needs to be coached on customer service skills and scheduling. If she is/was not, I'm not sure what the point in her lying about it was. It was clear from her demeanor that she was not particularly competent at scheduling or communicating with customers, so I left really doubting that she was the manager. The entire exchange was so unprofessional on her part. In any event, my dad left without a pedicure and definitely without so much as an apology for his inconvenience, and I left determined to find another nail salon as we will not be visiting this one again. And that is such a shame as we both agree that up until this, it had been the best in Lakeland. read more

I pointed to shade and then he proceeds to take back another customer, who came after me. The receptionist was not at the counter during exchange, maybe this person had appointment. Beautiful location and very clean. Sadly, the customer service level is sorely lacking. The tech kept muttering about his next appointment and even went as far as to ask me for the time. This would have been fine except he kept repeating this and was clearly rushing the job. I was not a walk in and also had an appointment. The tech should have been focused on his current customer instead of worrying about finishing in time to take his next one. To add insult to injury my daughter was given a full pedicure when all I asked for is a polish and said that the tech chose the colors for her. Lucy did a wonderful job on my pedicure. But I needed one nail repaired and did not want to drive all the way to Lithia to have my normal gentleman do It. What a mistake! Tony should not be doing nails! Beware! He got glue all over my finger, created a deformed acrylic mess on me that was so thick and looks nothing like my other nails! When I pointed out the clumps of acrylic under the nail and how thick and deformed the nail was, he just walked away! I approached the receptionist and requested a manager. She told me there was no manager, that the salon was self run! Nobody is in charge! Really??? When I pressed, she said the owner was on vacation. Did not care a bit about the terrible service or that I was mad. Simply said, "I am just a receptionist." I will never go near this place again!
