TL;DR: Walked in on Saturday at noon, not greatly greeted, French Mani/Pedi service, took about 1.5 hours total (including drying time), deluxe pedi = $35, mani = $25, $5 extra for French so $65 total. I arrived around noon on a Saturday. There were about 10 technicians and all had a client with them. I didn't really get greeted, but overlooked it and asked for sign in sheet. This salon takes appointments so I will suggest making an appointment for possibly quicker accommodations (I say possibly because I have noticed that even though some did have an appointment, there was still a short wait time). I requested for a manicure and pedicure and waited for about 10 minutes before I was escorted to a pedicure chair -- there was no one in front of me to be seated next. Even though I am explaining my initial interaction in detail, I expected a wait time as it was a weekend, and that's when most people have the time to also get pampered. I WAS OKAY WITH THE WAIT TIME. This salon also offers free WiFi for their guests. The basic pedicure was $25, and I cannot attest to what all is included in that because I chose the deluxe pedicure which was priced at $35. This included old nail polish removed, toe jam dugged up, cuticles trimmed, a nice sugar scrub from your knees down, followed by the paraffin wax for your feet, then a nice hot stone rub to your calves before finally masking your calves in a clay mask and wrapping them with a warm towel. The deluxe pedicure also offers you a free glass of wine or beverage, however I declined the offer. If you're looking for a nail salon that likes to punch and beat your calves and pluck your toenails, this may not the the one for you. While my legs and feet were basking in the warm towel and wax, he started working on my hands that had remnants of 2 month old gel polish. They soaked each finger with acetone and cotton wrapped in foil, and what I appreciate most about this place was that they placed one of those food handler gloves on each hand so that you can still use your phone! (Photos attached). I have gone to many nail salons in my lifetime and have never seen this. It also helps with acetone leaking from the foil and obviously the intense smell. Once he finished wrapping my fingers, he continued to remove the wax and towel and paint my toes as requested (I'm a creature of habit so I always choose French manis/pedis + it always matches whatever I'm wearing, and if I let my nails grow out, it won't look AS bad as a fully polished nail). After finishing the pedicure and polish, he moved me to a desk to begin my manicure. With the manicure, he gently removed my old gel polish, trimmed cuticles, buffed, and oiled my cuticles. THEN HE APPLIED LOTION AND PROCEEDED WITH THE HAND/FOREARM MASSAGE. I stated this in all caps because typically the lotion and hand massage comes at the end of the manicure service, however, I really enjoyed it before the hand-washing part because I usually don't like the oily residue that is leftover from them lathering up my hand with the massage and lotion. For context, I decided on a French manicure using regular polish instead of gel this time so I am not sure if the order of events will differ for a gel manicure. After he massaged my hands, I went to wash it off, and he finished the manicure with the polish. My technician was an older gentleman who was very kind and friendly. We kept conversation at a minimum in the beginning, because sometimes when people get pampered, they just want to relax. I'm the same way. I did warm up to conversation near the end of my experience. The pedicure itself took about 45 minutes, and the manicure was about 35ish minutes. I was there for about an hour and a half total because since I did regular polish, I wanted to make sure my nails were dried before taking off. I wanted to give this review my full experience, because it was the kind of content I was searching for when reading reviews. I was trying to compare the types of services offered, prices, as well as the "extras" that you can receive during your service (ie, paraffin wax, sugar scrub, etc). As for the environment, the space is pretty spacious. There are about 10 pedicure chairs and probably 15 or so manicure desks (I didn't really count). The waiting area consists of 2 couches and a few individual chairs. I cannot attest to how many different colors or gels or powders that they had as I was not looking for any colored services today. Upon walking in to your right in the center-ish is suppose to be a secretary. She was not there when I initially walked in but noticed her while I was having my services done. The technicians did chat amongst themselves to each other, but if you were on your phone or focused on something else, then it probably wouldn't have bothered you. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit here and will most likely return (and probably will set an appointment ahead of time to avoid long wait times). read more

I might try again on a weekday, this was my first time and I got the deluxe pedicure, I felt like she did a nice job but I felt like she rushed due to it being a weekend and it got very busy around the time I came. My pedicure did come with a complementary drink and I chose the wine , unfortunately the wine glass that they gave me was dirty, had someone else's red lipstick on it. Horrible service !!!! Half the staff don't know how to do a French manicure. The other half don't know how to do designs . People come in to do service they sit you at the table , you show a picture how you want your nails and their respond is. "I can't do that ". I saw people walking out to go somewhere else. The big question is does the owner know this is going on and dosnt care or do they just hire non experience techs. Because no license are displayed on the walls. This is horrible!!!! I liked my nails at first but as I left and really looked at them I noticed how really thin and uneven the acrylic was on my nails. Also it wasn't coated close to my cuticle. Affordable prices: 25 for "basic" pedicure (which exceeds my expectations for a basic pedicure), 35 for a premium pedicure, which I haven't had but I know includes a glass of wine. The technicians are pretty quiet and keep to themselves unless you initiate conversation, which I like. They all work hard and are respectful. Bring cash for a tip. I always tip $10 on top of my $25 pedicure, which some may see as over the top, but I am generally an over-tipper (because I am a server) and I also just think if they're working on my feet for 45 minutes they deserve more than $5. Not professional. I was a walk in on a Friday around 1:30 PM. Everyone but one had a client. Two people were waiting, one being a child. I stated I was wanting a pedicure. Employee was checking out book, then another employee who was working on a client got involved, then there was discussion about an incoming client and their appointment time. Basically the employee helping me wanted to take me but that was a head of the two people already waiting, but her point was child was only polish. She started to get me and then was basically told no. I didn't agree to going before the people waiting. What I didn't like was that the employee turned to me and said someone will be with me. Then she started getting a pedicure station set up for someone else. Left me standing there! Ummmmm.... would really like to know if they could get me in that day or not!!!!! They have actually expanded (physically) because it was a smaller shop and would be packed. It still gets busy but they have more techs and everything is new and clean and they work fast but the quality is great! So i LOVED LOVED LOVED my mani pedi... the pedicure was amazing and well worth every penny... the manicure was just as good. I had Linda and she was great!!! No complaints with her whatsoever!!! The reason for the 3 stars! I walked in at 3:30 and I'm not an appointments type of person, i have 7 kids it's hard to keep anything with 7 kids!! So i NEVER complain about the wait, i can't! I went in and told them what i wanted, chose a color and sat down... they told me it would be 30 minutes... i was ok with that! Well someone grabs me 5 minutes in and tells me that she's waiting for an appointment at 4 so she can start my manicure. I was ok with that... i sat down at her table and we started talking, well she pulls out the acetone and i told her that there's gel on my nails. She said ok, i can wrap your nails but i might not be able to do them, it takes time to soak off, I'm fully aware of that so i told her to proceed. She proceeds to DRILL THEM DOWN!!!! At first she just started with the top layer and then goes back for round 2 to completely take them off with a DRILL!! My nails are thin and brittle as it is, that's why i rarely do gel... i asked her not to do it that way and she said that it would be quicker and pointed to my finger saying that she's not taking any of my actual nail off... I'm pissed and i felt like she wasn't listening to me... then after she's done, she says "by the way, if you're not reapplying gel, we charge you $5 to remove the gel"... at this point I'm angry and disappointed, i wanted to love this place and she's the first person i meet... terrible first impression for this salon!! So I'm angry and seething because not only did she not make me aware of the "extra fee" until she was done, she drilled down my nail beds so much that they look flat almost... then to top it off, Only 4 fingers on my left have gel and 1 finger and i was charged the full price to drill my nail beds down!!!!! I went in very excited because of the high reviews. I had called a week in advance to make an appointment for me and two of my friends to all get manicures. I found a color I loved and sat down to wait. They were a bit shorthanded, so I understand why there was a bit of a wait and you can't help that, we were also about 5 minutes late. After about 20 minutes I sat down with a guy. My friends had already had their manicures going for about 5 minutes before this. He was friendly and answered all of my questions happily. When he went in to trim my cuticles, he cut me three times. One of which bled a lot. I had to go home and clean them out just in case their tools weren't sterilized well. He rushed through mine and was finished before my friends were even done, even though they had started before me. Overall I liked the atmosphere, the color selection, and the price of service. I am so disappointed by this place. I walked in this morning wanting to beat the Saturday rush for a pedicure after needing a pedicure for months. First, the guy that did my toes walks into the store, drops his things off in the back, and walks right up to me and asks "can I help you". I tell him I'm here for a pedicure and he grabs some menus, walks off to a chair, and starts setting up. Confused, I walk over to the chair not knowing if he wants me to sit yet or if he's even helping me and he continues to ignore me. I finally get in, with my 7 month pregnant belly and bag I had to put down myself and the man still doesn't say a word. He starts my pedicure and gave me the worst massage and scrub. When he goes to clip my cuticles, he pinched me and even when I flinched, he continued. Not sure who else was saying that they ask how they want their toes cut but he definitely didn't ask me and by the time I realized that he was rounding out my nails, it was too late. Now my toes are this hideous round shape. Finally, the polish itself was old. I could tell because every time he pulled the brush out, I sticky nail polish pull back from the bottle and when he applied the coat, it was a completely different color than what it looked like on the bottle. When he was done, he literally just propped open the side of the chair and motioned for me to get out. Again, didn't help me with my bag so I'm trying to wobble over to the dryer without messing up my feet. I get to the drying chair and am trying to juggle my phone and bag and of course drop my bag on my feet. He looked so annoyed when I pointed it out to him. He kept asking if the color he grabbed from the shelf was the same color I used and I'm looking at him like how am I supposed to know the exact shade. He paints it and sees it's not. Instead of wiping it and painting again, he covers it again with the right color and told me "be careful" with an annoyed tone. Then he brings me the check. The girl sitting across from me at the dry table was looking at him too because again, he's not saying a word to me. I pay and he comes back and waits for me to sign. I reluctantly gave him a 7$ tip and he again doesn't say a word and leaves to the next customer. By this point, I'm really annoyed because I'm realizing the girl across from me had yet to pay and was not rushed out like I was. The woman helping her even said a thank you. Before I left, I asked for my receipt back and changed the tip to 0. I'm sure the other ladies are wonderful (from what it looked like to me) but the gentleman was awful and really ruined my experience. First time here today. Lovely experience with Alex. I got the Fire and Ice pedicure and a basic manicure. The pedicure was wonderful! It came with a beverage of my choosing which was nice. They are really going the extra mile during this pandemic. Each pedicure station has a disposable liner and everyone is wearing a mask. Even my wine was in a single serving bottle so I know it wasn't poured from a bottle that everyone has been touching. They have so many colors to choose from. This is not a great "ambiance" nail place and doesn't rate the title of "spa". It is coldly decorated, the door is often open, a moped is parked on the sidewalk in front of it (crowding it) and they smoke out on the bench in front of the open door so it "reeks" upon entering and while you are there. hack. hack. That being said, they do a fine job on mani's and a hit or miss job on peds. There are nicer "spa-like" options in Lakeland. read more

Can't say they were rude...they just weren't that friendly. Daughter and I went to each get a full set. The lady working on her didn't speak to her except for "how do you want the nails shaped?" and "ok go wash your hands". When she went to go wash her hands the nail lady got up and had started doing someone's pedicure! So we are sitting there for what seemed like 10 minutes before the lady came back to paint her nails...just odd. My nail lady spoke when I asked questions but seemed annoyed when I told her "I checked in on Yelp and it said I could get a free glass of wine." Pedicure was okay, I did get nipped a couple times and he was aggressive however I did tip the gentleman for his time. I usually go to a nail spa on the other end of town but my friend wanted to meet on the south end. I came here because it was recommended by a few people. I really wish I hadn't. When I sat down the nail tech got into an argument with another tech because it was 430 and she had a 5 pm and the chair wasn't the right chair so they moved me after I already had my feet in the water. They were done with mine really fast. My friends was about 7 min longer. The massage felt amazing but my feet are still very rough on the bottoms and don't feel like I had a true pedicure. Since relocating to Florida from Jersey I have found it IMPOSSIBLE to find a reliable, clean, and friendly staffed salon until now. Ann did a fantastic job on my manicure and wax and we had a fun conversation the whole time! We all know at most every nail salon the girls speak to each other in a language other than English although they have a perfect grasp of the language. Not at this salon. They are very courteous and never speak to each other in this way, so you never feel like you're being spoken about rudely,like you get the feeling in most other nail salons unfortunately.
