I've read through all the reviews and it nice everyone got a good experience but unfortunately mine and my mums was BEYOND AWFUL. we had a booking on sat 16th between 10 - 12, paid for online, and JESSIE was going to turn up, i had taken the day off to help my mum and Jessie do the move. at 12 mum called Jessie to see where he was, he said he was still doing his first job and he would be there in an hour, at 1pm. mum hung up and called the company to make sure things were going to happen, when she spoke to DION mum asked if she was speaking with jessies boss as she wanted to speak with someone who could help, he didn't answer, then mum asked what was happening and is the job going to be done today, DION said yes, mum asked why we have had to wait 2 hours so far, things went quiet and DION hung up, crazy. After this mum got an email saying our deliver time had changed and we were booked in for 12 - 2. at 2.45 we were still waiting, mum texted Jessie and he told mum the owner had cancelled our job (even though the confirmation email was sent out at the will of the company amending the time, AND wasting ours) because my mum was angry with him over then phone LOL!!!!!!!!!!!! mum didn't raise her voice in any way what so ever, at all, she was just inquiring why we had waited 2 hours with no response to be told we would have to wait 3 hours over the time. this company has provided my mum the WORST experience, I'm horrified they would do this to an elderly lady, SHOCKING SERVICE, shame on you for NOT SHOWING UP, and you have my mum's money, give it back. or ill call fair go. read more
