During the summer, when I noticed the yard still looked the same, I expressed my concern. They came by one day and left a note pretty much blaming poor drainage and the note also stated that I--not them--needed to "rake the moss up so grass could grow." Of course they didn't tell me this in January when I purchased the plan. I think at this point the nine treatments are finished and it's the same. No follow-up call. Nothing. I'd rather not even use anyone at this point and just let it stay the same. I guess the plan is to take your money and blame YOU when things don't improve.
