This is as good a computer service store as you will EVER find! Ben and Greg are both honest, trustworthy guys with amazing computer knowledge and skills. They repaired an old computer for me and it now works better than it did when it was new. They also knew my store had networking issues and many other minor problems which we just dealt with for years. Ben came to my store and in just over one hour had fixed all of our problems. The network has never worked better. These are simply polite, honest, and knowledgeable guys who do quick work at a fair price. Diagnosis is free and you just know you won't be taken advantage of. These guys just wouldn't do that! I never thought I'd ever find a place like this in the computer repair business. We have business and several personal computers, that work remotely, that they are taking care of. Greg/Ben and Staff are always there for us. For example, Last night 1/19 internet went out for 95 people in one building. Greg was on it at 8:30pm when the first message came in to him. It was fixed shortly thereafter remotely. I am 66yrs old and have been on the net since it started. They are my 3rd service company. The best! I would highly recommend them. Last week Ben remotely got my 3 grandsons wireless printer reset in 10 minutes. FYI-it is all their equipment. Kids have lots of problems too. I buy all the hardware from them. Recently upgraded the operating system on my Samsung tablet causing a loss of funtionality in key area's. Couldn't send emails, lockscreen didn't work etc. Samsung, Cox and Verizon were all stumped and said "sorry we can't help". I called Ben at Transform and he said "come on in now". I was there in minutes cause I was so frustrated. In literally 10 minutes Ben had all the problems resolved and the system has been running perfect ever since. I can't imagine a better company to deal with. My laptop fell and needed replacement parts from HP. I bought the computer in Thursday afternoon and saw Ben. He shipped the parts in overnight. I picked my computer up Monday at noon. The place was jamming with customers when I dropped it off and picked it up and yet they turned this repair around pronto. While working on a tight deadline, my computer crashed. After spending a few hours trying to reboot, I contacted transform. They logged onto my computer remotely and diagnosed the issue (a faulty hard drive). They ordered and installed the new drive within a day. Had a cheapo Acer laptop with a virus fixed here. The young guys were nice, attentive and delivered as promised at a reasonable price. They also removed a drive partition that was really annoying me...and they did that at no charge.
