Using the Vagaro app, I can easily make appointments around my schedule, or you can call the shop to make the appointment if you're not into the app thing. I've NEVER had to wait in the 18 months I've been going there. I walk through the front door and Mel is waiting with a smile on her face. Haircuts are amazing- it's always sharp, clean, and exactly what I'm looking for. The atmosphere is laid back and chill. The barbers are friendly and inviting. I'm always in and out in 30 minutes with a great cut and a massage. Mel is a wizard with the clippers and straight razor! I stopped in and was pleasantly impressed with the welcoming atmosphere. I was greeted right away and seated immediately for a haircut. There were two barbers working at the time, with one being the owner and the other his daughter (while I was getting my cut the barber cutting my hair introduced herself as the owners' daughter). She was very friendly and cut my hair to my specifications. They clearly know what they're doing. It was a great cut with clean lines, good attention to detail, and they actually listen to what you ask for instead of just doing their own thing. Overall I had a wonderful experience there. As I was getting my cut more customers showed up, and I was glad I got there early. Just a little tidbit of information that I got lucky with my timing and if I arrived a little later I probably would have had to wait, so plan accordingly. The shop itself is clean, laid-back, and has a good vibe without trying too hard. Overall, this is a reliable spot if you want a quality cut from barbers who take pride in their work. Not only was there no razor involved, it was not an acceptable cut. I was left with patches of hair. My "cut" was Friday afternoon. Went in and had Jessica cut my hair about an hour ago, told her i wanted it evened out but still as…read morelong as possible. she did not listen to that at all and cut my hair very short and un even. i also felt her shave my eyebrow and when confronted during the cut she denied it. about halfway through another customer came in and brought her a beer; prolly not her first going off how the haircut came out (el. at the end she said "if i knew prom was tomorrow i would have done a better job!" which i thought was a joke until i got home. i returned to confront her about 20 minutes after, my girlfriend agreed the cut was terrible at best but did not want the confrontation, mentioned the hair being HORRIBLY uneven, her shaving half my eyebrow (which she then admitted to) and then asked if she was drunk during my hair cut. she then continued to spout on about "i am allowed to drink this is my shop" and said if you don't like the hair cut i can fix it but cannot offer a refund, which i get, but when a cut is that botched there should maybe be some exceptions. just gonna shave my head now, would not recommend going here you're prolly better off cutting your own with a pocket knife Imaooo
