I have previously left a positive comment. However, this comment involves the translation services in Turkish Language. İpek Şahin has translated our docs into Turkish but strangely these documents were notarized by the person named Alfida S. Santos Valdez who actually has no knowledge in Turkish language therefore can not verify that the translated documents are correct. Receiving a notary seal cost only 25$ and an application. Why a person who claims to be a translator yet require the seal of another person who is not qualified to certifly documents in Turkish or perhaps in other languages unless he is fluent in ALL languages he uses his:her seal. I have an appointment with the Turkish embassy on July 19 and I am not sure as the translated documents will be accepted as they were certified by a NON TURKISH SPEAKING notary public. The notary public and actually this translation service provider may get in serious trouble as this person has no clue of the contents of the documents he is sealing.. read more

Hours are not until 5 pm. U cannot just walk in like a normal office & u need to advise Gianluca in advance at least a day, to know when u can drop off documents. It's not clear what the structure is at this place, is he only translator, etc, are there other people that can do same whose direct mobile number is not listed? I had an amazing experience at a well established certified French translator w Ammon & Rousseau w normal office hours in midtown as a result of complication w Gianluca's availability from 10-10:30 am (?) to 12 noon availability. Not everyone is so careless to transmit sensitive information by email in light of data mining & computer hacking being so profitable these days. Although Gianluca is responsive & fluid communication wise, I did not like the mystery of his limited availability when this yelp profile clearly states, closing at 5 pm. May 22, 2018 I refer to Gianluca's feedback to my review. I had no such "appt" as we were playing it by ear via text and your hours are indeed mysterious. Your Yelp profile reads your "office" hours open until 5 pm BUT the several times I texted YOU (never spoke to anyone else so don't know where this "we" is coming from) and you always indicated YOUR available time slot to drop off my docs were 10 am /10:30 amto 12pmish daily for the entire week I contacted u (clearly only mornings) depending on the day hence why u asked me to txt u 1 day in advance. It was clearly communicated that those were your hours as when I requested afternoon hours you reiterated those were your hours. You flat out lied in your feedback review in attempt to salvage your rating from my factual review. You have earned a one star for completing lying and attempting to modify the facts and texting my personal phone immediately after my Yelp review. To text someone's phone after a yelp review is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. More reason now than ever to question your five star reviews cuz with your lack of ethics by lying can only lead one to speculate the authenticity of your other yelp reviews. I stand by my review as it's factual. Just because I gave business to Didier at Rousseau does not mean u have the right to fabricate stories. Gianluca is pretty good, I was a little skeptical about the service, but since the begging he proved to be pretty solid, he took the time to listen to my concerns about the document and made adjustments and clarifications in a breeze, he provided a prompt and great service, even though there is out there people who provide the service at a cheaper cost I would recommend him and hire him again because of the great service and quality.
