Transworld was the moving company partner who was responsible for NZ part of our overseas moving. They did a great job in Auckland when we moved from Brisbane to Auckland. The team were very organised, on time, very helpful. They tried their best to accommodate our needs if we needed to reschedule our unpacking date and gave us comfort as it seemed they knew how stressful is moving is by itself so they did their best to be helpful and kind and understanding every step we took towards our moving process. The unpacking team were excellent. I can't emphasis enough how good they were. The team leader was so nice and did everything we asked and they put everything in an organised way so it was so easy for us to find our boxes for every place. The insurance company and the customer service was excellent. We claimed easily and they refunded easily. So hassle-free and easy to deal with. To name the good people who went above and beyond: Colleen Share, the import manager was like an angel to us who went above and beyond in every step we took to make it an easy and stress-free process. Dilsha was the delivery team leader. He was so calm and first listened well to what we expect from them and he and his team just went above and beyond to do the delivery process smooth. I can't emphasis how much we enjoyed his way of handling our delivery. They were also very well organised. Also when we asked them to leave some items unpacked and comeback later to pick up the wrapping materials it was quite easy. Mike Chandler was the customer service manager at OSS World which was the company we used in Brisbane . He took our insurance claims and I can't emphasis enough how well he was in handling our claims. Very easy to deal with and very caring person which normally doesn't happen when there is an insurance claim! But he was just one of the nicest people I have ever been dealing with. It is the best removal company I have used! This time I relocated to Australia from New Zealand. The Branch Manager Samantha took good care of us since day one. She quoted everything clearly and in details. She is also very patience to answer my questions. She also does the follow up job very well. I know I can depend on Samantha and Transworld totally. Communication is so easy and smooth. The price of the removal service is reasonable. No hidden cost or any additional fee. Nothing to worry about. The moving day was stress-free as well. The process was quick and efficient. Everything was marked clearly and wrapped in a good condition. They looked after my things, especially my piano very well. What else can I ask for? I was greatly impressed by the services provided by Transworld International Removals in helping us move permanently from Auckland to London. The service was fast and efficient from the point of providing highly competitive quotes for the removal, keeping to timelines, packing of good and the invoicing/payments process. The branch manager Melissa, was easy to contact and kept us briefed at every step of the process. Full marks for effective communication. The staff that came to pack and transport our goods were fast, efficient, highly courteous and well-informed. We have been given estimated dates for the arrival on the goods in the UK, which coincides with our own arrival dates in the UK. I received my stuff safely yesterday. From Auckland to San Diego via Long Beach. Passed customs safely and there was a little hold with the local delivery but I'm happy I got all my stuff in very good condition. I was impressed that the delivery guys stacked the boxes neatly facing up which I realized afterwards signing off the electronic paperwork. I noticed other people on recent reviews may not have had positive experience as I did with Transworld, but we packed our stuff carefully in heavy duty boxes and I am satisfied and grateful with the prompt responses and good communication with Sandra at Transworld and their LA agent, Georgina. For the amount of time (months) that i kept delaying my move, these guys were really patient with me. Communication was spot on.
