The moving company provided by our relocation company destroyed our treadmill and lost an arm to our elliptical. They were large and heavy so I knew we couldn't get them out on our own. I also knew I wanted a legit company in case anything was damaged during removal. I called to make an appointment and the person I spoke with was professional. They even had same day appointments available. I requested a few days out since it worked better for me. I received text reminders of my appointment as well as a call when the guys were on the way. The process is that you show them what you want hauled out, they provide a quote, and then you decide if you want to have them do the job. I had them haul out a disassembled treadmill, a disassembled elliptical, and a nine foot Christmas tree. It was $300 for haul away of the items. The payment system has a spot for tip. Tipping has gone a little overboard, but in this case a tip was well deserved and I was glad to have the option to add it. Davante & Christian were so professional and paid great attention to getting equipment out without damaging my home. The equipment had to be moved down two hallways and through a narrow staircase with a bend so this wasn't easy. The treadmill deck was stuck in an open position. It would have been impossible to move it in this position without damaging walls. I was so thankful that Davante and Christian took their time to remedy this and were so patient in doing so. At the end of the service I received a $20 off code for a future pick up which was nice. I have more to get rid of and I won't hesitate to call 1-800-Junk again!

I was very frustrated as the trailer had to be driven back to Detroit on Sunday. I called College Hunks at 7pm on a Saturday night and miracously they were able to help. I had 4 items to move. 2 young guys half my age took over 30min to move these items into the truck. It felt suspicious to me. I follow behind them to the delivery address and they get in the wrong lane. I pull-up and ask where they're going, and the driver proceeds to say they need a break and have to eat something. I followed them to a gas station where I'm speaking to an agent that I'm not paying for a break that could have been taken between jobs and was told I won't be paying for that -- they charge $170 an hour btw. They get back in the truck and continue to go in the wrong direction. They pull into their office on Donelson & park the truck. I hop out and accuse them of purposefully wasting my time in order to bill me more for 4 items. We get into a shouting match and the driver who lied and said he was getting gas when he was just at a gas station said he could take a break whenever he wants and doesn't have to tell me, he told me to f**k off, and that he could waste my time and money if he wants to. Then they refused to open the truck so I can get my items and the office staff called the police. I explained to the cops what they did and that I will take my items in my car myself. And, I did. It took one highly aware and strong woman, who called-out these fraudsters to their face, less than 25min to load & unload my 4 items. This company should be investigated for billing fraud - they are dishonest, lack integrity, and are lazy. This isn't just a horrible experience. This shows everyone reading what is wrong with lazy people who think your money is their money -- and I don't have money like that -- I work 80hrs a week because I was homeless 8month ago.
