I called Ellingson's after hours hot line and send pictures and video and they pointed in in the direction of someone who handles wells. I diealed up Klimek Bros about 7:30 am this morning and they were alreay at work. The gal who answered the phone was quick to put me on hold so she could catch Justin before he left for his first visit of the day. It's now 9:30 am and Klimek Bros have been here and gone and we are back in business. We have a couple other well/water/softener salt projects in our near future and you can bet Klimek Bros will be our first call. It's so comforting to have "go to" people that you trust and who exceed your expectations.

It was late so he quit but came back the next day mind you on a Sunday. He had to redo everything he did from the previous evening, as it was all frozen again. Well there was a 90 in the line and everyone we talked to said there is no way you will be able to get through it. Well this guy is determined. Parker stayed and worked on this until he got it. My husband and I where so happy. I think Parker was even happier. He never gave up. He made our day. Thanks to him and his hard work we have water. Can thank him enough. The price was very high so I went with a lower power pump. I called them only because my normal well guy was on vacation. When my regular guy got back and I spoke with him about my well pump, he said it was just replaced last year and was still under warranty. (And, being across the road from the cemetery, something about a shallow well just was not what I wanted) I really believe people act the same in non-work life as they do in business,and I had seen the Blue Water Wells guys at the boat landing, not being jerks, smiling, and being helpful to the people taking way, way, way too long to get their sailboat out of the path (me :/ ). When I looked for a well driller they were the first call. They responded quick, next AM, to email, and managed to squeeze our job in between others during the busiest part of the year. Work was all top quality, components were industry standard good quality stuff, and the final cost came in almost 2K under the estimate.
