I normally look through skyscanner for my flights and never had any issues... It was my first time picking Travel Merry for the cheapest tickets to Europe. Although, I didn't have any issues with purchasing the ticket, I had THREE unauthorized purchases with my credit card after purchasing my flight ticket. I wouldn't book with them again since there happens to be a security leak in their system. read more

They lied to me and told me my flight couldn't be changed. i went right to the site and changed it. The next day I received a notice that my card had fraudulent activity-- despite the card being locked away for years as I work for the government. They had a yahoo account as the place to receive the confirmation email. This is a scam site/your information is not protected here. read more

SCAM!!! I used the Skyscanner app (since deleted!), and they showed cheap flights through travelmerry. Once I booked, they called me within an hour or two and said the flights were sold out but they could get me on similar flights for only a few hundred more. I realized quickly it was a scam, and asked them to cancel the whole trip. They were very resistant and kept going lower with their prices before they finally agreed to cancel and refund. I'm watching my credit card charges, and it looks like no charges have gone through yet. Steer clear! read more

0 stars if I could. I got this suggested by Skyscanner, so I thought it was trustworthy. They make you pay, refuse to give you the tickets, refuse to cancel the order, and try to make you pay even more. We had to contact the bank to cancel it. Avoid. read more

DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!! I wish more people would read reviews first. I wanted to give this a shot but I rather pay more than go through the stress I went through booking through this site. They messed up the times and didnt confirm anything and then told me the times are different from my original booking - how is that possible???? HAD TO CHANGE MY WHOLE FLIGHT. Thank me later for saving you the headache. read more

hello guys please do not book through the travelmerry.com I booked through them and got confirmation on the airline website. within a week I got email saying your flight is cancelled due payment issues and I have to rebook the ticket for this international trip via Qatar airway. money is already gone my credit card. I called the airlines they said there is no issue with the payment and they don't know the reason of cancellation . this booking was made in November 2025 and still not received my refund. Tired of calling and emails and no response. I ended up booking on airline website and travelled. I'm paying interest on my credit cards. I filed a complaint on federal aviation website and still waiting for the response. so please please DO NOT BOOK THROUGH TRAVELMERRY . thank you read more

I booked through TravelMerry after seeing in on SkyScanner. I figured because it was on there it was legit...I was wrong. I hope SkyScanner does a better job of reviewing its partner sites! I booked round trip tickets to Tokyo. The order didn't go through and I was asked to call to discuss a change to the order. When I got through to someone, they told me the price had gone up by $150. Gave them two stars because at least I got through to speak to someone on the phone quickly, and they did cancel my order for me when I requested to. read more

Fake news operation: they list super low fares that don't exist. My experience was the same as other reviews - over 2 days after I booked with them, they said the flight is full. I checked and saw that the airline was still selling tickets, and the rep changed their story to say the original fare isn't available. Wasted two days, huge hassle. Stay away! read more

MASSIVE WARNING: AVOID TRAVELMERRY AT ALL COSTS -- THIS COMPANY IS COMPLETELY SHADY I'm writing this because I really don't want anyone else to go through the nightmare I just had with TravelMerry. I thought I snagged a great deal on Skyscanner for a Qatar Airways flight, priced at $1,536.53. The second I hit "book," everything went downhill. This wasn't just a mistake; this feels like a deliberate bait-and-switch scam. Here's The Play-by-Play of the Scam: 1. The First Lie: They Charged the Wrong Amount Instead of the $1,536.53 advertised price I agreed to, they immediately charged my card $1,598.53. They did this without sending a new price notification or getting my permission for the higher amount. 2. The Second Lie: The Charge Appeared Under the Wrong Airline I booked a Qatar Airways flight. Yet, when the charge hit my bank, it was listed under American Airlines. Why? I never once looked at, searched for, or booked an AA flight. This is incredibly suspicious. 3. The Classic Bait-and-Switch: The Upcharge Phone Call A little later, they called me to say I needed to pay an extra $200. This is the oldest trick in the book: lure you in with a low price, get your card details, charge something, and then call to demand more money. Absolutely unacceptable business practice. 4. I Canceled, But They Kept My Money After all this shady behavior, I immediately called and canceled the same day. I got an email confirming the cancellation. Great, right? WRONG. They have still kept the full $1,598.53 they charged me. 5. The Endless Lies About the Refund They promised I'd see the refund in 10-14 days. It has now been almost 30 days, and my money is still nowhere to be found. Every single time I email them, I get a different, BS excuse: * "It was voided." (Lies. The charge posted and finalized.) * "It's just your bank's processing time." * "It was a codeshare flight." (Irrelevant.) * "The fare changed." (That's why you owe me a refund!) The excuses don't matter. They have my money, I have NO TICKET, and they won't give the money back. 6. No Ticket, No Service, No Refund--Just Stress To be perfectly clear, I received NO SERVICE from TravelMerry. * I have no ticket. * I have no booking code. * I have no airline confirmation. All I have to show for this experience is $1,598.53 stolen, countless hours of stress, and a mountain of lies. **Do yourself a massive favor and book directly with the airline or use a reputable travel agent. ** STAY AWAY FROM TRAVELMERRY. read more

Avoid TravelMerry - Worst Booking Experience I've Ever Had I booked an international flight through TravelMerry, and after 51 days, the airline cancelled my reservation, claiming it was a duplicate booking. TravelMerry told me they would contact the airline to sort it out, but nothing happened. I eventually contacted the airline myself and found out the booking had been cancelled with no refund or credit issued. The airline told me to go back to TravelMerry. When I called TravelMerry again, they said they "tried their best" to get a refund but were unsuccessful, and advised me to contact my bank to do a chargeback. I have never dealt with a company that operates like this. Because of their lack of support, my replacement tickets are now costing double what I originally paid. I will be reporting this to the BBB and FTC and hope to recover my money. I do NOT recommend TravelMerry to anyone. Avoid this website at all costs read more

Bad experience and will never use TravelMerry again. Didn't get my airline ticket and also received a fraud charge alert from my credit card company. Skyscanner.com identified TravelMerry.com for low cost airfare for my trip. I provided my info and credit card needed to TravelMerry for airline reservations for my family trip. I received an email within 3 hours stating my original airline request was full and was suggested a different airline for $250 more. For the next 3 days, I did not receive airline confirmation. I followed up by email daily. Finally on the 4th day, I received airline confirmation number and checked it on the airline website, which showed it was ticketed. But within the hour, the airline showed the tickets were canceled. I called TravelMerry and was told to wait another 24 hours and check back. The next morning, the airline still showed canceled tickets and then I received a fraud alert from my bank that my credit card was used on the east coast, same city Easton, PA as TravelMerry. I am on the west coast and I did not make a purchase at the Giant Supermarket in Easton, PA. My credit card caught the fraud charged and denied payment. Be ware of being scammed when using a travel agency. They ask for all your information to book travel for you. I have also reported this to the Better Business Bureau. read more

I booked JetBlue tickets through Travel Merry / Fly Vault (multiple vendor names) because the total price looked great. At first everything seemed real -- I even received a JetBlue confirmation number and could see the booking on JetBlue's site. Then the red flags started. The booking listed a GMAIL address for the agency (not a corporate email), and within hours the agency attempted additional charges under different merchant names (one attempt was for hundreds more). JetBlue's system showed the airline was only paid ~$400.00, so the extra amount the agency demanded was not a charge from the airline. This looks exactly like a common scam: issue a partial/discounted ticket to make it seem legitimate, then pressure the customer for the rest later. A reviewer elsewhere described the same pattern: these operators can access a reservation if they have basic booking info (confirmation code + last name) and the passenger data the customer provided (name, DOB, phone). They can then cancel or alter the booking and tell you the airline did it -- and demand a big fee to "rebook." That's exactly why this felt dangerous: it can appear fine at first, then they can cancel your flight and ask for more money. Bottom line: SCAM -- SCAM -- SCAM. Don't risk it. Book directly with the airline or use a well-known, reputable travel agent. If you've already booked with these sites, insist on written confirmation from the airline that the ticket is paid and protected, and don't pay any extra fees outside of the airline's official channels. read more

These guys are a fraud, plain and simple. I wish I had checked the reviews before I booked a flight with them on Skyscanner. They will cancel your flight at the last minute, pretending to be you, and then tell you that the airline cancelled it but they can re-book it for you at 5x the original rate. That's their scam. If you've already booked a flight with them but haven't paid their "taxes" via the link, you may be able to still use the flight, leaving you with a huge savings over what you would have paid from a reputable Travel Agency. This will be a hassle but if you want to hear more, just message me. read more

DO NOT USE!! They booked my return flight for the wrong date (even though the confirmation had the correct date) and did not refund me the full amount for the ticket I had to purchase due to their mistake. I was redirected to Travel Merry's website from Skyscanner.com to purchase my plane tickets. I received my confirmation, and everything looked good. There were no problems with my flight to my destination. When I went to check in for my return flight, however, the website said I needed to wait until 24 hours before my flight to check--it was 16 hours before my flight. I knew something was wrong, so I chatted with the airline to make sure it wasn't their website. They said my flight was booked for 3 days in the future! I tried to contact Travel Merry and while on hold I looked for any available return flights. There were not many and even fewer seats available. I had to book a flight and pay out of pocked because I could not get through. When I finally did get through to them, I was asked if I could take the flight 3 days from now. I told them I could not and would need to be reimbursed for the cost of the return tickets I had to purchase. They said they'd escalate the issue and get back to me. Several emails and phone calls from different people later, and after offering me ~$300 and a $200 voucher with them (I paid $700), I ended up receiving a $500 reimbursement. They complained that the airline would not reimburse them, so they cannot reimburse me. WHAT!? So I have to eat the cost because they don't want to. I have requested that they send the balance owed, but I have heard nothing. They have stopped responding. Mistakes happen, I understand, but it's only right that I be reimbursed for the money I spent out of pocket. I already paid in hours of my time trying to sort this out, and now I've paid an extra $200 as well. Really unethical company. And I never post negative reviews. read more

Travelmerry Scam It works like this, they offer a low rate below other providers. I found their rate on Sky Scanner. You accept the rate for a flight as we did for $1,143, they promise to issue the ticket in two days. The don't call or email, but say they do. They claim I provided the wrong credit card number and ask for more processing time after a confirmation process. I asked why they do not authorize a card from the start, they provided a sloppy answer that was not intelligible. In the meantime, prices are dropping from the airlines as they normally have a dip in prices on Wednesdays. After 96 hours I call back again as I have no email and still very concerned we don't have a ticket confirmed. They say again they emailed it but I have nothing. After calling I get the email in about 15 minutes, but by this time rates have dropped so I could have bought direct for $300 cheaper. They play with the time allowance, use dodgy replies for why they cant issue. My computer uses biometric to enter credit cards on file so I cant even see how that was wrong. I even double checked the entries to make sure all information was correct. The operators all use American standard names but have a very distinct Indian accent. Last person I spoke to was supposedly Gary. I was waiting for a call from Max for 24 hours and no call. They communication style is that of a poorly managed call center outsourced and portending to be native speakers but surely are not. On Wednesday the 11th I was expecting a call from the supervisor Max that was to discuss a price match. The whole purpose of trying them after all was to get a introductory low rate. And in the end shafter for more than 30% over direct booking with Copa airlines. What a bunch of fraudster, charlatans and scammers. I certainly hope this helps other avoid their game. I surely wont use them again and will be inclined to tell anyone to avoid them like the plague. read more

I wish I could give them 0 stars, this company has no integrity and yes they do try to bait and switch you, I selected 2 tickets to PR for 1 price and put my credit card info in their system to pay for the tickets, I'm thinking everything was good to go then I got an email saying to give them a call, at this moment I felt discernment so something told me to see what travel airlines did I book with and it was JetBlue my intuition told me to go to the JetBlue website and check the flights and tix prices, I was able to see that the flight I booked with their company was still available and relatively the same price. I called Travel Merry and the man with the Indian accent attempted to tell me that my flights were no longer available and asked if I could change my departure airlines to another airport, I said I could but then I had to pause because he was talking really fast and I wanted to make sure that he said what I thought he said and that was that the flights I booked with his company were no longer available, I then proceeded to tell him that I am looking at the flights via Jet Blue directly and they are available; he then says oh really let me check then he comes back as says yes they are available but it is $40 dollars more and did I want him to rebook but I would have to pay $40 more I was confused at this point first you tried to tell me the tix were not available and then when I caught you in a lie you then say oh they are available but I will need to pay $40 more, I don't like to be swindled and for a company to try to get more dollars out of me and be greedy and lie I had to let him know to just cancel the order and I will book directly with JetBlue because I also started checking the reviews for their company while he was on the phone and other people were saying the same thing. If I hadnt of trusted my intuition and checked the prices I probably would of fell for it and who knows how much more it would of been to change airports and book new tickets smh No way please do not waste your time, this company sucks! read more

The worst travel agency experience of my life. I booked a flight from JFK to Mexico City through Travel Merry -- first and definitely last time using them. I showed up at the airport at 5 AM only to be told my flight was overbooked and canceled because Travel Merry issued the WRONG ticket. I received no email, no text, no notification -- nothing. To make things worse, not only did they charge me for the ticket, but they also took an unauthorized $600 commission. When I called, they blamed the airline and claimed it was "the airline's fault." The airline told me point blank: "Your agency booked the wrong ticket." As the company I bought the ticket from, it's YOUR job to notify me of any issues. Instead, they offered to "renew" the ticket -- basically forcing me to rebook last minute through them on Delta for $1,698 -- a ticket I could've booked myself for $1,100. That's an extra $600 they pocketed. They are crooks. They take your money, accept no responsibility, and offer no support. Customer service is useless -- no escalation, no supervisor, and no follow-up. I'll be filing a report with the Department of Transportation and recommending everyone to do so as well and stay FAR away from this company. read more

I found a flight to Japan for over 50% off of what the Japan Airlines had on their website, so I was initially leary. I booked it, though, after Travel Merry assured me via chat that I had 24 hours to cancel. I figured it was legit so long as I received e-tickets within that window. I let 10 hours pass and received no e-tickets. I didn't want to push my luck, so I contacted them to cancel. I used the chat feature, which I must say has very prompt representatives. The rep tried to persuade me that they are not a "sketchy" operation (peculiar word to use). She said someone would call my phone to process the cancellation. I wasn't called promptly, so I emailed their customer service. They responded via emailwithin 30 minutes, granted the cancellation, and said I would be refunded completely. Interestingly, I was coincidentally charged about 3/4 the quoted price by American Airlines (red flag). My itinerary never mentioned American Airlines; it was a Japan Airlines flight. I contacted Travel Merry by phone, who answered promptly fortunately, and the rep clarified that my booking was a code-share. I was unaware of this because I didn't read it in my booking. Maybe it was in the fine print somewhere, but I sure didnt come across. Some simple research revealed that code-shares can be problematic when booked through 3rd parties, such as Travel Merry because of limited flexibility and in the case the secondary airline (in my case Japan Airlines) were to make changes to the flight. This could also leave one open to additional fees by the 3rd party agent. So it might have worked in the end, but there were too many unknowns for me to take a gamble. At least Travel Merry has decent customer service. read more

I was looking for a flight in Skyscanner and they have Travel Merry as a first suggestion with a price of $480 over $730 from the airline and all of the other places like Expedia and trip which were a lot more expensive. I was afraid at first so when I booked the flight it said that could take between 24 to 48 hours to issue the ticket and I was calling to make sure everything was fine. I called them and emailed them during those 48 hours I was a little bit nervous but they were very attentive and helpful. I got the ticket 48 hours later for the same price (even when they advertised could be a change of far which I know in airlines is very common). And I got to fly with no issues and even with better perks than what the airline offered to me. I was so happy and I would definitely do it again. read more

This was the most complicated and stressful airline booking ever. Yes they get discounted airfare. However, you have to wait 2-3 days until they confirm the flight and nothing is guaranteed. Then they send random split charges to your credit card and don't confirm that charges are going to be made until 6 hours later. I booked a flight to thailand through japan airlines and had so many problems getting this thing finalized. MULTIPLE EMAILS and multiple phone calls. I will never use them again and hopefully my flights don't get cancelled without someone telling me like all the other reviews said. read more

I found them through Skyscanner and I trust Skyscanner. The booking is easy. Travel Merry is a discounted agency and when you book with them, you need to wait till they process your request. What it means is that when you book with them, it might take about 24 hours till you get your confirmation. The downside is you will be in a waiting pattern till you get the airline confirmation number. I tried to chat with the customer service and when I gave the agent by booking id, the agent disappeared. I did this three times and the third them the agent responded positively. read more

I've had a horrible experience with this travel agency, I'm still currently trying to get a refund from a cancelled booking 3 months ago. Honestly these guys get a bad wrap. I 100% get that some people have been screwed over on their flights, but me and my friend personally had a good experience with them. Yes I had to communicate on the phone with them a good amount times to make sure they were on top of getting me my flight, but come on what do you expect! At the end of the day its a sort of sketchy third party booking sight that gets you flights hundreds of dollars cheaper than anywhere else, there is obviously going to be some risk associated. Thieving lying corrupt swine. They are absolutely disgusting people who manipulate you by selling an attractively priced ticket when they notify one day prior that it is all of a sudden cancelled. I called the airline and they in fact provided me with a statement saying that travel merry suspended the tickets 3 days prior to them notifying me that it was supposedly canceled. The tickets were not cancelled they have been suspended! When I relayed this to travel merry they flat out said my only option is to take another flight from a different airport almost 2.5 hours away from where I live with an additional cost of 3k. I already got my lawyer involved as they have wasted time and money on my end as well as tremendous mental anguish. I will be suing them. If I could rate them in the negative I would. read more

I came on to Yelp only after booking my flight. Panic struck immediately after I hit book after reading the reviews. I can only surmise that the people who gave the bad reviews simply didn't understand that Travel Merry is a travel agency, and that there are limitations and restrictions when they are able to procure tickets well below what the airlines are offering direct - namely, that changes and cancellations will cost you. If you need flexibility, then book the more expensive tickets with the airlines that provide the flexibility for changes. That said, my experience was great. After hitting "book" on my flight, I received an email that my reservation was being processed and they could not guaranty anything until it was ticketed and confirmed. Within 30 minutes after hitting "book" I received a call form one of their reps confirming the flights that I had booked and making sure everything was correct. He also let me know that the tickets would be booked thru United Airlines, even though the flights would be operated entirely by Lufthansa. He wanted to make sure I would freak out when I saw the itinerary and that it was indeed the exact same flights on the exact same airplane. About 30 minutes after that, I could see the credit card activity and pending charge by United Airlines, just as he had said. About 15-30 minutes later I received a confirmation email. I immediately checked both United's and Lufthansa's websites to confirm the tickets were booked using the confirmation number for each airline provided with my itinerary. A short while later, I realized that I had booked the wrong connecting flight. Panic set in again given the non-refundable tickets and change fees. I immediately called the airline to see if they could switch me. They advised me that because the reservation was thru the travel agent, I needed to call them to have them make the change, although United put a note in the computer to authorize the change if they called. I then called Travel Merry, where a friendly representative picked up right away. The representative gladly changed the connecting flight with no additional charge (perhaps because I called within a few hours after the booking which is inside their cancellation period) and said she would email a new confirmation. I immediately went on United's web site and the flight had already been changed. Whew... I was traveling with two other people who had yet to book. They were afraid fo the reviews and were waiting to book to see if this site was legit and I received what was offered (I did to the penny). Once I was all set, they went on to book their tickets. Although I was not initially aware of this issue with them, I received a call out of the blue from a Travel Merry representative stating he had my travel companions on the phone, confirmed we were all wanting to travel together, then explained that they were being wait-listed on one of the return legs. He then kept all of us on the line together then went to work looking for flights that we could all go on together so we would not have to separate. Otherwise, he would have changed my flights to match theirs at no additional cost. He kept all of us on the line until he was able to confirm he got the same flights. The representative was ultimately able to secure them on the same flight as mine, but had to "play with his system" and book directly with Lufthansa instead of thru United, which was apparently causing the wait-list for an unknown reason. Given the reviews, my expectations were very low and I was skeptical; however, my experience was quite the opposite. They were friendly, confirmed information, and made changes even though the mistake was mine. They went above and beyond to call me to coordinate with my travel partners when they were having issues, and were able to solve the problem. That's what I call great customer service. I am very aware of the limitations of my tickets in that they are non-refundable and change fees will be costly. For me, the discount over the airline-direct fare (about 40% in my case) was worth it. I have no intention of making changes as I am on a set schedule, so that shouldn't be an issue for me. The cost savings justified the risk for me. That may not be so for everyone. read more

I booked a roundtrip Business class flight tickets on Travel Merry for myself to attend a scheduled business meeting in Dubai. I chose Emirates as my carrier because they are a premier airline operating between JFK and DXB and I got a damn good deal on TM, better than other travel sites. Everything went well and I got a bill, itinerary and tickets into my email from TM. TM is genuine but their customer service team is not well qualified because of a bad suggestion I incurred a loss of precious time and money. After a few hours of buying my business class tickets from TM, I realized that my scheduled business meeting got postponed by 2 days and so I had to change my travel dates according to my new requirement. The first thing I did was I called the 24 hour customer service and asked them to help me change the dates, to my ill fate one agent of TM advised me to cancel my current booking and go ahead with a fresh booking and he said that since the cancellation is within 24 hours I would be refunded the entire amount with no cancellation fees as I paid the $15 for the 24 hour cancellation policy. As advised by the agent I requested for a cancellation and tried to rebook my flight again on TM but this time the fares are costlier by at least 20% and I felt that I shouldn't have got my tickets cancelled because if I had just rescheduled the dates I probably would have got a cheaper deal. So I called the TM customer service again, I was online for 5 minutes before I got connected to an agent and that was too much of waiting time. This time I was greeted by an agent named Alex and he sounded more professional than the last agent and when I told him that I got my ticket cancelled in order to do a fresh booking, Alex told me that I was misguided by the other agent and the best action would have been to reschedule the dates of the same booking because there's no charge for rescheduling from TM and at the most I would have been charged only for the difference in fare for the new scheduled dates. Alex told me rescheduling on the same booking is better than cancelling and rebooking as fares change dynamically. In this connection I'd like the team at TM customer service to be more proactive and not misguide customers, because of their wrong advice I paid 20% more and the refund of my first booking came to me only after 14 days which is too long a time. read more

I was flying out from Kansas City to Manchester in Great Britain a few months back. I chose a connecting flight with a layover option to fly between both these destinations and I was being flown by multi carriers: Delta Airlines Inc and Virgin Atlantic via Atlanta. I faced a serious problem at my layover stop at Hartsfield -Jackson Atlanta International Airport, that day there were huge thunderstorms in the city and all flight operations at the Atlanta airport got stalled and the whole airport was packed with ongoing passengers. The flight from Kansas to Atlanta airport was delayed by half an hour due to the prevailing rains and thunder storms, and what was worse was the scheduled departure of the outbound flight to Manchester was delayed by 3 hours and a confirmation of this was made officially by Virgin Atlantic after almost being stranded in the airport for 3 long hours not including the half-hour delay caused during the flight by Delta from Kansas to Atlanta. Now I've been receiving periodic updates both from Travel Merry and Virgin Atlantic but what I'm not happy about is I had to spend the entire night in the airport and neither TM nor the airline bothered to check me into a hotel. I really regret flying with Virgin Atlantic for not being able to provide accommodation during the breakdown of their service. What I don't like about their service was they made me wait for 3 hours with periodic updates that the flight would soon take off and at the end of third hour they announce that the scheduled departure to Atlanta will take place in further 3 hours. I immediately called the TM customer staff and conveyed the inconvenience to them but they were helpless, they told me for such a short delay they cannot request the airline to provide a hotel accommodation. I hung up the phone and immediately walked up to Virgin Atlantic information center requested for the same but they also gave me the same reason that they cannot accommodate me in a hotel for the short 3 hour delay. That day I had hell of a time spending the night at the Atlanta airport, I spent 6 long hours with no proper direction. Damn! Worst flight ever in my life read more

Travel Merry has very cheap flight deals to Tokyo. I was flying out from Honolulu to Tokyo. I got a roundtrip economy class flight ticket at cheapest price on Travel Merry. The buying experience on TM was smooth, fast and I must say that they have some of the best deals to Tokyo from Honolulu. I paid $650 for the airfare. My trip to Tokyo was only for holidaying and shopping, I wanted to take a tour of Tokyo city, mainly for sightseeing and window shopping of electronic gadgets. Before I embarked on the plane journey from Honolulu International Airport (HNL) I tried doing an early check-in just 1 day before my flight, the issue I faced was the airline website wasn't allowing me to do an early check-in and as a result I couldn't pre select my choice of seat in the economy cabin. I left a grievance both the concerned airline and Travel Merry for the inconvenience caused. Most airlines allow early check-in and my airline didn't. After repeated calls to Travel Merry customer service and the airline I was told that the there was some technical glitch on the airline website and they would call me once the online check-in gets up and running again. One agent from TM by name Tom called me and assured me that there was no need to worry as he was taking the responsibility from his end to do the check-in on my behalf and said that he was going to request the airline to block a seat of my choice. I asked for a window seat near the wings of the aircraft as that's my favorite for long-haul flights. Just as promised Tom calls me back in about one hour and gives me the good news that my preferred seat has been blocked for my onward journey to Tokyo by the airline management and there was no need to do an online check-in. I'm glad I chose Travel Merry because their customer service is proactive and they solved the problem I was facing. This is great customer service experience and I want to give 5 star rating for making my travel to Tokyo delightful in spite of a technical glitch. read more

I booked my flight tickets for my vacationing in Bangkok. My holiday had two legs of touring 1) first leg was in Tokyo and 2) the second leg in Bangkok. I booked flights for both parts of my journey on Travel Merry, I chose Thai Airways for my carrier because they gave me the lowest fare between the routes ORD to NRT and NRT to BKK. I must have saved close to 250 dollars in the entire purchase deal of my tickets. I booked my tickets 3 months before the actual travel date, Travel Merry sent me a bill, itinerary and the tickets to my email, I have no problem on these issues and I have no hesitation to say that they are 100% genuine. Whatever has been promised got delivered by TM but I faced a lot of inconvenience in Tokyo, I must blame the airline and TM to some extent, because a cancelled flight from NRT to BKK gave me a nightmare and a lot of inconvenience. It all happened on the fateful day when my Thai Airways flight from Tokyo to Bangkok got canceled due to some technical issues faced by the aircraft. This update on this technical issue was communicated in the last minute by both the airline and TM when we were at the NRT airport in Tokyo to board our scheduled flight to our final destination. Neither Thai Airways nor Travel Merry could help me in finding a new flight on the same day to my destination, they told me all flights to Bangkok were overbooked for that day and they said they booked a new flight that was scheduled for departure the next day. The good thing about TM'S customer service is they are responsive and they even made sure that the airline paid for my hotel and interim travel. I was given a descent 3 star hotel accommodation although I incurred some expenses on food and travel. I'm happy the way TM and Thai Airways handled the situation. I want to give my feedback to TravelMerry for their very good customer service. read more

I booked a round trip economy on travelmerry.com. I'm glad I got a nice deal on United Airlines between IAD and MXP with a stopover in New York. I only paid $600 for the entire airfare, the same flight was costing about 10% higher on the airline site, I will keep coming back to TravelMerry to book my international flights as this travel site has a lot of awesome deals. TravelMerry also allows you to use the airline miles so I got the advantage of benefiting from both the miles and the slashed airline prices on TravelMerry. I recommend using TM for all your travel requirements, their 24 x 7 customer service is operated by well qualified personnel, when I called the toll free number, an agent named Alex answered my call and helped me preorder my special meal and I could also schedule a wheel chair service for my aged grandfather at no extra cost . Just within 2 days I got a confirmation email from both the airline and TravelMerry about the services I requested. Their online site is easy to navigate and user friendly, their payment gateway is encrypted and is 100% safe. When I shopped my flight tickets I got the bill and itinerary along with the tickets into my email. Another thing I like about TM is they make sure periodic updates are sent to your email, these can be very useful in case there is a change in the scheduled flight timings. TravelMerry offers more than just cheap international flight tickets; their customer service after buying the tickets is amazing they know how to retain their customers by offering discount coupons. Save huge bucks and be assured of peace of mind when you buy from TM. Their online procedures are seamless and they are 100% genuine. read more

I faced an issue of misplaced baggage when I was traveling to London via Amsterdam. My departing airport was in Chicago O'hare International Airport (ORD) I got an awesome deal from TM on an economy roundtrip flight. I faced an issue with my checked-in baggage, it wasn't found at the destination airport. I waited for almost 2 hours at London Gatwick Airport (LGW) for collecting my baggage at the designated baggage claim point, after my wait was futile I escalated the issue with the airline and they after checking the status on their computer systems told me that it might have been misplaced and I need to wait for updates on the lost baggage. I wasn't too happy with my misplaced luggage and I immediately called the Travel Merry customer service and sought their help regarding my lost luggage. The TM customer service was quick to respond and they told me they would follow it up with the airline and get back to me. I was in a helpless situation I exited the LGW airport and checked into a nearby hotel at Gatwick because I was on a business trip and some business related documents were tucked inside my misplace luggage. Luckily the next day one agent from TM called me and confirmed that my luggage was traced and it was at the LGW lost and found baggage section. I made my way straight to the airport and got a reconfirmation from the airline that my luggage was indeed traced at Amsterdam airport stopover. I'm really amazed by the TM agent's quick response, impressed by his timely call which helped me save a lot of time and stress. Although I did lose some money on my hotel stay and travel commutes to the airport I'm glad I got my luggage back. read more

I had a problem that was well attended by Travel Merry on my air travel to Barcelona from New York City. I am a frequent business traveler to Europe. I've been buying tickets on TM since the last 2 years because their site really has some cool travel deals to my business destinations. On my latest flight booking to Barcelona made on Jan 21st 2019, I was supposed to have traveled on March 15th from JFK international airport but due to my busy schedule my travel itinerary needed a change and so I called the TM customer service on 1-844-666-377 for modifying my travel dates just 10 days before my flight, the agent responded quickly but couldn't offer me good airfares for the new travel dates. I requested for the cancellation of my air tickets because the new airfares were at least 4 times more expensive than the original fare I paid- $400, on the good side the agent informed me that the tickets I purchased were hugely discounted and cancellation in my case would result in no refunds and he advised me to change my travel dates and continue with the same booking for better savings on the deal. The airfares to Paris were at the highest because there was only 1 week left for my proposed travel, I did search on similar sites for better deals but the prices were almost the same and I was better off changing my itinerary and paying the balance extra dollars $800 for my round trip travel to Paris rather than cancel and book a new flight. Eventually I changed my travel itinerary after listening to the TM agent. Had I canceled my original flight booking I would have paid around $ 1200 for the same flight. read more

I was looking for some luxury travel after many long years and so I was surfing for the best luxury deals on the net and as always I logged into the Travel Merry site for finding the best luxury deals. There were plenty of luxury carriers for my destination-Dubai, the deals were tempting but little pricey though because I wanted to fly the more expensive business class to have a luxury holiday in Dubai. I shortlisted a few flights with my desired destinations and luxury carriers for my outbound international travel to Dubai, I waited for 2 days before actually finalizing my choice and I must say there wasn't much fluctuation in the airfares in the short duration. Before purchasing any of the selected deals I just called the TM customer service, my call was answered by an agent named Bart and he was happy to help me in my quest for luxury air travel. Bart heard about my choices of luxury carriers and flight routes for my destination along with my allocated budget and he gave me even better deals on much better carriers. Finally I chose to fly with Emirates in their business class cabin, Bart assured me that the Emirates business class is one of the best in its class and it's worth every dollar I spend on it. He further added that the New York to Dubai route was a long-haul flight and flying business-class on a luxury airline like Emirates makes total sense. I'm thankful to Bart for allowing me to take advantage of flying with Emirates and the cost of the round trip fare was also within my allocated budget. I'm totally satisfied with the team of Travel Merry. read more

I've been buying tickets on Travel Merry since the last one year ever since I've been introduced to it by my friend living in Denver. I already shopped five times on Travel Merry and I'm happy to give a review for this awesome travel site. Travel Merry surely has some of the best deals to Europe and these deals come at throw away prices and are very competitive. Buying tickets is hassle free and you can be confident of their authenticity. As I've shopped twice before with TM I'm quite familiar with the look and feel of their website and I find it easy to navigate their site. During my previous purchase of cheap airfares on TM a sign up message at the bottom of their homepage prompting me to enter my email address for new travel deals caught my attention, I immediately got interested and entered my email id in the box and signed up for TM membership. Ever since my signup I've been receiving awesome travel deals right into my inbox of my Email and believe me these deals are even better than the ones on their website. London has always been my most visited destination because of my nature of business and I was really impressed with TM's cheap London flights that have been emailed to me. Just recently I flew to London on one of the best premium carriers at very affordable price. I recommend customers to sign up with Travel Merry for finding better deals in your inbox. read more

This has specific reference to the Travel Merry customer service representative Alex who helped me in securing an instant cheap flight to Dallas, Texas on a very short notice at a time when there was turbulent weather and most of the Max 8 planes were grounded in the USA. I was supposed to see my ailing mother in Dallas and an instant flight ticket was necessary. I tried booking a flight on my own but was unsuccessful because the challenges were the bad weather, shortage of flights and the very short time left to fly out. I needed to see my mother the same day as she was almost nearing bad health and doctors advised me to rush to the place as someone close to her was required by her side. I approached Travel Merry for an instant flight ticket to Dallas from NYC, the agent named Alex was polite, well qualified and had all the know-how about getting the best flights. He understood my requirement and just within a matter of 10 minutes he calls me back to confirm my flight ticket to Dallas from NYC on Delta at a very affordable price. I'm happy about 2 things, first TM was able to get me a flight ticket at a time when there was too much rush and second I was not made to pay a premium price for my flight at a time when securing a flight was next to impossible. I will give 5 star rating for Travel Merry's unmatched customer service. read more

TravelMerry has deducted cancellation charges for a flight that was cancelled by Air France and didn't give me the full refund amount. My grievance with TM is I wasn't refunded the whole cost of my tickets for no fault of mine, the cancellation for my economy roundtrip was not initiated by me, this was cancelled automatically because the airline wasn't operating its scheduled flight. I had an overall loss of $115 in the entire transaction. I'm aware of the 24 hour cancellation policy that TM gives to select customers who pay an additional $15 to avail it. In fact I did pay that extra 15 just to be on the safe side, I wasn't in any mood to lose my fare in any kind of emergency, I thought everything went off well because I didn't cancel my flight in the first 24 hours but the nightmare came just 5 days before my scheduled departure. I was informed both by the airline and TM that my flight has been cancelled and they would be refunding my amount. The sad part is I was charged a cancellation fee of $100 and the additional $15 I paid for emergency cancellation. I'm not happy with the way things have turned out, may I request TravelMerry to reconsider my case and credit my loss of $100. read more

I found Travel Merry through Momondo. Like many of the reviews on Yelp, on my first attempt at booking, I received an issue with my payment method(Paypal). I decided to use my bank card instead and had no issue. I then called Travel Merry for them to confirm that the payment would not process from my PayPal account, which they did. While on the phone with the agent (Bret) he notified me that my flight to was confirmed and that he would look into another return flight for me, one that was nonstop because he saw that there was a long layover on the one I had booked. After a few minutes (maybe 10 back and forth), he was able to change my return flight to a nonstop flight with no increase in fare. A few hours later (maybe 3) I received a confirmation email and was able to use the information in the email to choose my seats as well as request a receipt on the United Airlines website. It is definitely not a scam and the service was exceptional! All of the agents I spoke with went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable with my purchase and understood the steps I had to take. I will definitely book with them again! PS a little patience and good attitude goes a long way people... read more

Unsolicited, unpaid review based solely on my experience: I was extremely nervous about booking with Travel Merry based on all of the negative reviews. It's not like booking with a typical provider in my experience, but rather a travel agent because they booked the flights on our behalf and via separate transactions. We had to use alternative payment methods for one of the transactions because it was blocked by my bank, and it definitely raised red flags for me. However, we read all of the fine print of the agreement with them and ended up biting the bullet because flights to South America were double the price when booking directly with the airline. We had no issues, and everything worked really smoothly. Once the flights were booked, Travel Merry sent us our information right away and we were able to find our tickets directly on the flight's website to confirm they existed. We received emails from Travel Merry before our flights to remind us to check in. None of our flights were delayed, so we didn't have to work with Travel Merry after we booked. But I write this because working with them worked for us at least, it was smooth and we saved $2k by doing so. read more

The 2 star yelp rating for Travel Merry is confusing to me. I was going to book a flight with Travel Merry which I found through a Skyscanner search and was looking for a coupon code when I came across all of these Travel Merry reviews. I had selected Travel Merry because they were the lowest price and Skyscanner gave them a 5 star rating, the best that Skyscanner gives. Skyscanner's review process is explained at https://help.skyscanner.net/hc/en-us/articles/208437869?_mp=165f34e9db9613-09822760aa4917-9393265-13c680-165f34e9dba399_1554169513251&preferences=a94ac55d885f4e7db49968fa89753493&traveller_context=a94ac55d-885f-4e7d-b499-68fa89753493&_ga=2.47869927.1565911100.1554167548-1304230886.1537385338 I have no experience with Travel Merry and the 5 star rating I am giving them is totally based on Skyscanner's rating. Skyscanner ratings for some other companies that sold tickets for the same or slightly higher prices were Just Fly 4.0, CheapOair 3.5, Trip.com 4.5 and Globehunter 4.0. The bad reviews for Travel Merry on yelp made me suspicious so I will check the other companies out to see if they are more trouble free. read more

My daughter had booked an overseas flight for me to Greece as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately I was not able to go at the dates the flight was booked. I called TM. At first I was reserved as to who I would get on a call or even if I would even get to speak to a real person. I ended up speaking to Ben. He was very helpful and pleasant. He helped me get a refund for the ticket even after the booked date. He helped me rebook the ticket and found the cheapest and most reasonable layover hours. He took the time to call the airline to confirm that I could get refunded, and he spent a lot of time over the phone with me to make sure we got the better prices tickets with the reasonable layover as well. I was very happy with the service of Travel Merry. You actually speak to real people and not answering machines keeping you on hold each time. Each time I called I had requested to speak with Ben since he knew of my case and everyone happily transferred the line to him. He is very helpful and very patient. I would definitely rebook with TM and no doubt would recommend this travel agency. read more

I was lucky to get a dirt-cheap international flight ticket from New York City to London for just $500 for a 2 way trip. I heard of Travel Merry from a friend who always buys tickets from here because of the huge savings he gets from TM. I searched for flight information for my selected route between NYC to London with flexible dates and I got a few flight options for my search criteria. The average round trip price was close to $550 on their website for my selected route. I called their Toll free number for some minor queries and the agent online was very proactive and customer friendly, he understood my requirement quickly and he gave me better discounted flight fares for my selected route which were cheaper than the ones on their website. My advice to people is if you are looking for cheap international flight tickets then TM is the place for you. You must call their dedicated 24 x 7 toll free number and take advantage of their agents who understand you better. Thanks TM I have saved a lot of bucks by booking tickets through you. Keep up your good customer service! read more

I just booked my flights to London Heathrow from Chicago O'Hare on Travel Merry and I'm extremely delighted about choosing TM as my travel agent. I've been a loyal customer of Travel Merry since the last one year and I recommend people to use Travel Merry for buying cheap international flights on all routes from the US. From my own experience of shopping cheap tickets on TM I would advise customers to speak with the Travel Merry customer service that is backed by highly qualified customer professionals who have a thorough knowledge of the best flights and other travel related queries for leveraging better airfares and flight routes that we may not be aware of. It worked for me twice when I followed this approach of calling their 24 X 7 customer service before completing an online transaction with them! Yes both the times the agents offered me better prices and other salient information that made my travel even more delightful with higher savings on airfares. On a scale of 1 to 10 I will give them 9 stars for their lowest airfares and great customer service. read more

TravelMerry has such awesome cheap international deals that you don't have to visit other sites, not only awesome deals they have customer friendly toll free 24 x 7 service with qualified personnel to address all your problems. Let me share my good experience with them, I booked my roundtrip premium economy class tickets from NYC to London, I did this just 1 month before my travel and the best part was I could compare the deals from major US airlines that were flying out of NYC to London and finally I chose one awesome deal with carrier as Singapore Airlines between JFK and LGW, I also could use my miles for getting a seat upgrade at little cost to premium economy because I travel frequently with Singapore airlines. Travel Merry uses secure payment gateway for collecting payments and is 100% secure to buy tickets from them. I will be coming back to TM again for my future business travel requirements. First I saw reviews in Yelp TravelMerry not good... but I tried it's ok for me... read more
