It's because of people like you that we now have to be careful with helping or giving too much information to anyone who inquires. We have no interest in ever working with you." Such a response is juvenile just because they did not get the business. This is abysmal customer service for the line of work they are in. Are these the type of people you want leading your tour?

Judy was very knowledgeable in that regard. She didn't just give one option and stick to it as the only way; she was open-minded and discussed her views on the pluses and minuses of different places and experiences. We made decisions on things that felt right and the experiences we had as a result were wonderful. Specifically, she helped us with where to stay in Montalcino and Venice (she gave us a tip on a hotel there that was so memorable), a walking tour of Cinque Terre, different towns to visit in Tuscany, and renting a car, and on and on. Also when she originally booked the flights the return flight was for the 16th which would have brought me back 4 days after graduation, something she was made aware of. Luckily one of the students going on the same trip noticed and had her change it. Overall I'm pretty upset and I really hope that people who travel with this agency in the future won't have to spend hundreds because of a few miscommunications.

The only problem was the resort was not an "All Inclusive" Resort! I paid over $6000.00 for this trip and the resort was a complete disaster from beginning to end. Only half of the resort was available to us and only certain food, drink and amenities. WHAT A NIGHTMARE! Basically, United World Travel did not research the resort to find out it was not an All Inclusive Resort before offering it to us. We were so disappointed we wanted to leave the resort after the first day. I actually notified this agent while I was still at the resort but they had no response and could care less.
