A reassessment for something that is cosmetic? Dr. Jordan Sugie and his dermatologist will scam the government by submitting something that was unnecessary given I had the prescription many times in the past. Every time I have an appointment with this clinic they are rude. Sugie rude and so is the dermatologist who are colluding together against the government and us the taxpayers ultimately. So what they are doing is charging the government of Canada extra unnecessary charges and scamming tax payers. Furthermore, I mentioned this in the clinic and left, and asked for my entire medical history I got a letter of Dismissal. I fired them the day before. Good riddance.

Even an annual physical has become just blood pressure and a sheet for lab work 1-2 months out, which is workable as long as I don't have any real serious health issues. Being a new imigrant I didn't know that doctors are on vaccation. So I was confirming from a front end desk. There is lady whose shift was there on 24 march(chinese or vitnamese) with grey hair/white who checks appointments with doctor not phsiotherapy one. Lady yelled at me and she talked so rudely and told us can't you read and see there is no doctors today. I talked softly but that lady shouted on me and my son. We are new, I asked lady to tell me her name she told do whatever you want. So I am just writing this review so that people or doctors must know how there staff is behaving with patient. Staff is made to help not to shout on them. Even I work for customer services we handle customers pateintly and guide them properly , we dont shout like this. And we cam with a hope. I was attended to very quickly and observed the same of other patients. While I was in the central examining area, I could hear and see some of the interactions between patients and staff. All the doctors and nurses were very caring and friendly. Dr. Cheung was outstanding! The diagnosis I received and subsequent transfer to VGH were exactly what was required thanks to the team at the UBC Urgent Care Centre.
