They have classes based on pole tricks, workout, flexibility, handstands, men's club and exotic. My boyfriend and I do the tricks, workout and handstands together - it really is a good workout. You will leave their classes really sore, and you don't need to be flexible or coordinated to do it! If you saw us a year ago, we could not do ANY of the tricks they taught us and we are pretty good now. On the other hand with exotic classes, they are so friendly and welcoming! Everyone will wear their heels, sexier clothes (from just fitted shirts to fishnet tights) and they dim the lights for more ambiance. It's so fun and they go through part of dance routines step by step slowly and you can ask questions. At the end you have opportunity to record yourself for progress or just flow with the music. I recommend you try it at least once!

She loves teaching kids and she is the absolute best in the county at it. My kids tried out a couple of other schools in Bend before we found Eco-Kidz. After the first week we went from 3 days to 5 days a week because they begged me to go every day she was open. There was no complaining in the morning, no reminding them to get into the car... they were READY TO GO! She has an unbelievable set up at her school. Her Angel Bear Yoga and Meditation was amazing because my kids got more focused, calmer and paid attention better at home because of it. (I think this helped them learn much faster.) Even after we moved out to Sisters they begged me to bring them to her school one day a week so they could still enjoy her curriculum, which I did. They get to travel around the world, learn art by creating all sorts of things, science by growing things, mixing things together and tending to animals, take on animal and human characters in colorful, silly costumes, enjoy the specialized play areas, games and then... there is the awesome play yard. This school is SPECIAL. Today, 3 years later, my kids are both ONE YEAR AHEAD in Math and English... and it's all thanks to Eco-Kids. They learned how to LOVE LEARNING here. I just bought my 4th machine from Cynthia's (a simple one to teach my grandchildren how to sew, a…read moreserger, top of the line embroidery plus sewing machine, and then a replacement that came out years later that was even better for the embroidery/sewing. I tend to wait months between projects, and then forget some of the steps. Bill (who knows everything about each machine plus which customer purchased which machine, he's amazing!) and the rest of the staff are always patient and helpful. I first came to Bend with a complicated machine that I purchased elsewhere. The quilting shop in Bend wouldn't answer any of my questions because I didn't buy it from their shop. Plus, the staff wasn't familiar with the machines that the quilt shop sold, they had someone whose job was to explain and sell the brand, but she only came in on Thursdays! I am more than grateful of the staff at Cynthia's because of my experience at the other store!
