So, This review is a long time coming. I am so glad to be the first. Travis is a kick ass insurance agent. He has been honest with me, always attentive when I need him, and patient enough to explain the nuances of the insurance world to a girl who does not have too much of a clue about such things. I actually got a lower quote elsewhere, but I like Travis enough that I stayed with Statefarm. I just got Renters insurance and rather than paying anything more than my auto, my rate went DOWN $.50 cents a month...so, I saved 2 quarters by getting MORE insurance. This is good. This is very good. The only downside is that when you sing the Statefarm jingle, he does not actually appear. I think he is working on it though. read more

After looking at the response this man has claimed it shows even more of a lack of empathy and him just trying to cover his own butt. I NEVER provided a thing that was incorrect on my policy. I had a Class A CDL that was changed to a normal class C license and instead of trying to help, I was told I was on my own making it impossible for me to start a normal insurance claim with other agaencies. I find it comincal this man blames his customers for him not following through with his part of being a professsional agent. I have spoken to other State farm agents confirming this man did not do things as he should. The lack of compassion is in the details bud. By far the worst "agent" I have spoken to in any field. My policy was wrongfully cancelled, making it difficult to get insurance elsewhere without word from state farm saying so, and not only did he decide to raise his voice and become hostile when asking for a solution to my problem, he hung up on me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this man that knows nothing of compassion or empathy. By far the most unprofessional "professional" I have come in contact with. read more

State Farm and the staff are amazing! I was recently involved in a hit and run accident leaving my truck totaled and me devasted and at a complete loss. They talked me through everything and took great care of the situation! I was in a new truck in less than 2 weeks. I am truly impressed with them, and highly recommend them for any insurance needs! read more

I wish that I had chosen to go with Travis for my auto insurance. He answers his phone. He is friendly and he is willing to take time to chat about your concerns regarding your insurance. Do yourself a favor and get a quote from Travis first. read more

I was an Auto & Renter's Insurance customer for a couple of years until I discovered [Company 1]--which gave me the same Liability PLUS Comprehensive and Collision for less than I was paying Travis. So I moved my Autos and kept the Renter's policy. A year later, I emailed him for a quote for stand-alone motorcycle insurance and he tried to upsell some auto insurance. After I told him that [Company 1] obliterated his prices, he got curt and sent a short reply back stating that without auto he can't compete and "good luck." So I cancelled my Renter's policy and went with [Company 2](also got a good motorcycle policy with [Company 2]). Shop around, you can find better prices and customer service than this guy. read more

First off, I wanted to communicate this issue directly with the insurance agent, without coming here. I just spoke with the agent, Travis Bryan, and he was very defensive, unprofessional and he stated that he "does not over-apologize." I am very frustrated that this agent fails to understand customer service, and listening to his customers. This is what happened- I signed up for insurance at this agency about 2 months ago. While I was out of town, someone came to my door and demanded that they take a photo of my wood stove for my policy. My pet sitter answered the door and knew nothing about this. The inspector was very adamant about coming in my house....he was pushy. When she did the right thing, and didn't let him in, he was strong arming her to go take a photo of my wood stove. He wanted her to open it up, and she didn't know how to, etc. So, she took a photo and handed him back his camera. I am angry that nobody from State Farm called me, or told me that someone would be coming by (the inspector didn't call either.) When I came home from my trip, I spoke to the two women at the State Farm office. I voiced my displeasure in what had transpired and neither one seemed to care. I am a brand new client, and this is how I am treated? I used to work for State Farm and I was very disappointed that the agent did not call and talk to me about this bad experience. I hadn't heard from him in a month, so I finally made a call to Travis Brayan to talk about what happened. I talked to him today, about what happened and his demeanor was unacceptable. First of all, he was not listening to what I was saying. Secondly, he was not taking ownership of what had transpired. He kept trying to pawn off that they have "third party" inspectors that do the photos and that they are not responsible for them (yes, they are, if their name is attached to the process!) Travis was curt with me and I was floored at how he treated me as a new client. He added that he doesn't "over-apologize." I will be moving my policies.....bad experience. Very unhelpful whenever there is a problem. Travis Bryan's attitude has always been "No, I can't do that", as though he didn't want to be bothered. I had a top of the line policy and should have been treated with some empathy, at the very least. This office will not "go to bat" for you and I am happy to have made the change for one that offers much better customer service. read more

I'm easily one of Travis Bryan's biggest fans. He, Heather, and all of their staff have always been quick with a reply whenever I've had any questions. Setting up my policies has been so easy. I just bought a new car yesterday and sent an email last night at 9 PM - and by 9 AM, I was set up with my new policy. I once sent him a text when my husband I were moving and had rented a truck. I wanted to know if I needed to purchase additional coverage. Travis called me within a minute with my answer. I happen to work in an industry where we must deal with insurance companies on a daily basis and it amazes me the poor service people are willing to accept. I wish I could tell all of them that they should never settle for second best. It is very reassuring and comforting to know that Travis and his staff are there for me and my family. read more

I have been with State Farm for over 40 years and when my previous agent retired I was not pleased that they assigned my accounts to a junior agent. As I business consultant and former banker I wanted to deal with someone that had experience. I chose Travis and was not disappointed. He reviewed my policies and found quite a few errors. Since I had been a customer for so many years he found it was necessary to make changes to my policies to be in compliance.with current regulations. I am thrilled that I now have an excellent agent who I can recommend to my friends. read more
