The only notice we received was a small letter in the mail that slipped through the cracks. That was it. No phone call, no text, no email, and no attempt from our local agents to make sure we were actually aware that our policy was about to be canceled. For a company that has every possible way to contact its customers, relying on one easily overlooked piece of mail for something this important is inexcusable. What makes this so frustrating is how easily it could have been prevented. One phone call. One text. One email. That is all it would have taken to alert us and avoid having our coverage terminated. Instead, there was no urgency, no follow-up, and no sign that anyone cared enough to make sure we didn't end up uninsured. Insurance is not a casual monthly subscription you can quietly let lapse without consequence. It protects people's homes, vehicles, finances, and legal standing. The fact that State Farm handled a cancellation with so little effort and so little regard for the customer is unacceptable and honestly infuriating. State Farm talks a lot about being dependable and being there when it matters. In our case, they failed at the most basic level: communication. This experience showed a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer care from both the company and our local office. I would strongly urge anyone considering State Farm to think carefully about whether they want to trust a office or company that handles something this serious with such little attention and responsibility.

He has been honest with me, always attentive when I need him, and patient enough to explain the nuances of the insurance world to a girl who does not have too much of a clue about such things. I actually got a lower quote elsewhere, but I like Travis enough that I stayed with Statefarm. I just got Renters insurance and rather than paying anything more than my auto, my rate went DOWN $.50 cents a month...so, I saved 2 quarters by getting MORE insurance. This is good. This is very good. The only downside is that when you sing the Statefarm jingle, he does not actually appear. I think he is working on it though.

I had a Class A CDL that was changed to a normal class C license and instead of trying to help, I was told I was on my own making it impossible for me to start a normal insurance claim with other agaencies. I find it comincal this man blames his customers for him not following through with his part of being a professsional agent. I have spoken to other State farm agents confirming this man did not do things as he should. The lack of compassion is in the details bud. By far the worst "agent" I have spoken to in any field. My policy was wrongfully cancelled, making it difficult to get insurance elsewhere without word from state farm saying so, and not only did he decide to raise his voice and become hostile when asking for a solution to my problem, he hung up on me.
