He arrived on time, observed the door operation then proceeded to lubricate the rollers and track, tighten the torsion springs, adjust the down force, adjust the limit stops on the track and re-position where the trolley arm connected to the door. When the work was completed the door worked great, ran quieter, closed more firmly and opened further than before. Before contacting Wi garage door repair and service I had previously contacted another larger local garage door installation / repair firm. Their technician indicated that at a minimum we needed to replace the rollers and torsion springs. That would have been over six times as expensive as the excellent tuneup that was done by Mike . The spring on our garage door broke late on Sunday afternoon and they were here Monday after work. They could have been here sooner but our schedules didn't permit. The call service representative on Sunday was professional and helpful. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and told us things we didn't know about the garage door.
