We were told once the deposit was received the materials for our pool enclosure would be ordered and an installation date would be set up. After 10 days we called and mail box was full. Could not leave a message. We understand that the owners wife had a health issue and went to the hospital. We were understanding. We called and finally got a hold of the owner and he said he hadn't been to the office after we were concerned that our check was not cashed. He finally cashed it on January 17,2025. We never received a date for installation and the materials were never ordered. We had our daughter and granddaughters b day coming up on March 19,2025 and nothing ordered. They knew we wanted everything done before March 2025. We requested our deposit back because no dates were set or the materials ordered. Once we wanted to cancel they said we can work you in the first week of March. We did not trust them and hired another company. They were Unreliable at this point. We were very patient! They didn't order the material and still would not give us our deposit back. We understand after the hurricanes they were backend up. No customer communication. They kept over $2600. Of our deposit, didn't give us a date to install, didn't order the materials and we had to call after 10 days of sending the deposit check He cashed our check and no materials or date set! I would not use this company unless you get a date set in writing. We were understanding about his wife's health issue but he was not towards us. They kept our deposit and we are looking into the legal process. We went through a lot with our roof , downed trees and pool enclosure destroyed from a pine tree. No sympathy our way! Avoid them if possible. We understand they have been in business for years but this is not right! We own 2 businesses and we work with our customers and community.

They asked me to prove that I had paid this invoice or I would continue accruing late fee charges. So I looked in my bank history and found them my check. The check was for the $100 charged (it was a small job), written to the owner Vlad Poksans. I sent them a copy. They did not even thank me for doing their accounting for them. So watch out for billing.

Matt came over and measured everything out and gave us an estimate. Very fair! No need to negotiate. Everything was done in a very timely manner and Matt's team of guys did a great job cleaning up after themselves. During the demo of the back patio it was brought to our attention that there was a very large extended hole/cave, for lack of a better word, underneath our sunroom. Matt said no worries he could take care of it and fill it in with more concrete. Of course it changed the price but I felt very confident that if this happened with another company it would have really bumped up the price or I would have had to call another company, like one of those companies that lift the foundation and have them come in and fix it before work could be completed. There was debris from demolition left in the middle of the yard (I had to move it). Roof panels left in the yard for days. Job is still incomplete, roof leaks, aluminum damaged, poor and messy workmanship. I have contacted them numerous times (at least once a month) and they said they would be out to take care of it but never did. Now I have to hire another contractor to finish and fix their mess.

The structure is designed to hold up for hurricanes and the Superscreen 20x20 not only gives a spectacular view of our waterway but deters the no-seeum flies The work was high quality and beautiful. Since this was a white cage, I was impressed with the use of Nylo screws to avoid future rust stains from salt water and chlorine on the white aluminum. Kudos to our original home builder, Ravenwood Homes' Dave and Mike for facilitating the replacement of the original pool cage due to Hurricane Ian. Jon Cecil
