(I knew where this was going) Immediately she went into a sales pitch about replacing all of my windows and throwing in an obviously rehearsed sales pitch. When I told her I didn't have the money to replace all of my windows now, she said, well I have to tell you we are booking out to 8 weeks. That's the same as getting a ridiculously high quote for a job a contractor doesn't want to do. I guarantee you if I wanted all of my windows replaced, I would not have an 8 week wait. If you're looking to replace all of your windows and doors, perhaps this is a good option for you but clearly they could not be bothered with a "small job" like mine when there's bigger fish to fry. So when it's time to replace my windows, and that day is coming, because they didn't want to help me now, I won't go to them for the big job.

Owner says guy used wrong stuff but other than that doesn't take ownership of the job. Owner gives me quote on two parts of a job three years later, and day of the job says can't do one part. Says he screwed up... at any rate I could go on.... Beat news it forces me to find a more honorable and respectable paver company. I do not recommend custom pavers. Save yourself a lot of dough.

4/2018.....Eureka!!! For weeks, my husband and I looked all over SW Florida for a slab of…read moregranite we liked. We wanted something that was dramatic with sort of a white background. We searched a lot of granite stores from Tampa down to Naples, Fl..... were quite surprised to find it in our own back yard. Granite Forever in Port Charlotte. A man "popped" out of nowhere... his name was Bob and he was the salesman. Very nice guy with a big smile. We explained that we were VERY EARLY in our house building plans. He said... no problem, we'll hold it for while. We looked around their vast selection and Voila'.... I found it. Dramatic with a white background. We put a deposit on the slab. Little did we know it would take longer than we expected to install. They actually held it 15 months!! With absolutely NO pressure to move it along. They smiled and held it for us. Tommy came out to template the counters, we discussed how I was trying to work with the grain. Installers, Matt & Mike came out to install. Then, Mark, the owner, and Bob came out to the site to take a look. Again, all very nice guys to work with. Though we are still in the process of completing our project, I thought I'd post some of the pictures. (I'll post more when completed.). We really, really like the granite. Great job to everyone involved.
