Requested AGAIN for automatic payments to be canceled. Was assured it would be canceled. Took 3 weeks to get my money refunded via check. 3rd month.... OVERDRAFT again. This was on April 21st. Called Kevin, mailbox was full. Big surprise. He texted me and said he was on a conference call and asked what I needed. I explained my situation and told him I wanted to cancel my policy. My money was refunded in 3 days. Not 3 weeks like last time. Imagine that! I was then mailed a letter stating that I was being canceled due to non payment. So now he makes ME look like the bad guy!
