Adjuster took weeks to schedule an appointment to view hail damage, cancelled the appointment an hour before he was to be here, never rescheduled and later sent a kid who worked for some independent company, at least I assumed he did since he didn't identify himself at all! Damage amounted to over 15,000.00 inside and outside and ERIE wanted to settle for just over 1,000.00.... Sometimes it takes a claim to see who your insurance company is really protecting... Thankfully my neighbor had a competent company and everything was handled promptly and efficiently for them....
