Same deal with this company. I got redirected from Google Flights to book a ticket. Then I received an email saying that the ticket wasn't confirmed multiple times. Three people called me throughout the day. In the end, the third person wanted me to pay an additional $100. The whole thing feels like a scam. Don't ever book through them! Zero stars. One danger of booking online is coming across shit companies like travomint. From the beginning the customer service was horrible. I was sure I got scammed. Turns out I actually had tickets on Alaskan Airlines through Hawaiian. I was injured pretty seriously and had to cancel my trip. The airline said I could get a refund or credit but had to go.through Travomint. Travo mint did NOTHING. Alex and Chris are the WORST. I think they're running the company out of their apartment in India as they seem to be the only employees. BEWARE they will take your money and not give a shit about you. Thank God they were only HALF of the flight. Delta provided me with a credit immediately. TRAVOMINT is a SCAM I would give 0 stars if that was an option.​​ read more

Giant scam. I was trying to get plane tickets through frontier (I usually book American Airlines) from Google and got redirected to this site. I bought a ticket then received an email saying booking/payment was pending. I then received multiple emails giving conflicting information so I called to cancel and was informed that I couldn't because everything had been confirmed. After ending the call I received another email stating there was an issue and it was not confirmed and they needed more banking information. I have since received MULTIPLE spam calls. I booked with these knuckleheads and the spinning wheel of death stayed on my screen for an hour. So I called customer service to cancel after discovering that payment had already left my account. When I finally got a very broken English speaker on the phone it was made clear that they wouldn't cancel the reservation without paying a $25 per passenger cancelation fee. DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING THROUGH THEM. TLDR: bait and switch prices, spam calling once they have your phone number. I made a booking for a flight and they later sent me an email saying my payment failed. I called to see what I can do and they immediately said there's no more tickets at my original price point. I did a quick search and found the exact flight and exact same cabin class for the lower price on the airline's website, so I told travomint to cancel my booking. The customer representative gave me a bad attitude while doing the cancellation. For the following week I received 5 to 6 calls from the same unknown phone number, interrupting me in my work day and over the weekend. The worst agency EVER! If you want completely RUIN your trip - buy tickets through them. I bought ticket from Miami to New York through this agency. Before purchase it, i asked in the "customer support" chat if carry-on bag is included in the ticket - they answered me "you still didn't purchase the ticket, you need to finish your purchase". I was like - excuse me, I'm asking a question about this ticket before percussion it. They said "yes, a carry-on bag is included in your ticket". I bought the ticket, added it in the app of airlines and something didn't feel right. I called straight to the airlines and asked them about carry-on bag. The airlines representative answered that no, carry-on bag is not included on this ticket, only a personal item. And you can't add it in the future. You can add only check-in bag. I texted to the agency, they told me - we will look into this, we will follow back in 24 hrs. Nobody called in a day, nobody did in 2 days. I reached them out again. They said, oh yeah, we need to listen to your call to see if we were wrong. And I told them before that we communicated by chat. So, obviously, nobody was trying to "look into the situation". After that I reached out to them again. And again - nobody answered. When they call themselves to ask for another "24 hrs" - the guy sounded irritated as hell, he talked to me extremely disrespectfully and hung up on me while I was talking. And every time it was like a start from the beginning. So nobody does ANYTHING to fix the situation! Extremely unprofessional "travel agency". They are not able to handle their own mistake. And for the record - I need a carry-on bag - because of the health condition. I have medicine and medical equipment to carry with me, that is bigger than personal item. Arrived on JFK well on time, expecting a pleasant KLM flight to Amsterdam. At check-in, it turned out that our reservation had been cancelled, which we knew nothing about. Travomint hadn't mentioned ANY of this: in my inbox they had sent a 'Booking confirmed' email, and they even had me sign and scan some documents to confirm my payment information, which they then positively confirmed per email. Worse, when I called them from JFK, the customer service agent did nothing and just told me that the booking had been cancelled, and falsely stated that I received an email about this. Because of this, had to pay $4500 for 2 single tickets on the spot, which I will certainly attempt to recouping from Travomint. Avoid this company if you want to feel secure about your booking. read more

Wow. What a scam. Indicated I would be getting upgraded seats (hence the increased cost) and seat assignments on a very expensive flight. Finally tracked down the actual flight with the airline and was told that there were no seat assignments and that the seats were all basic. Tried numerous times to get resolution through Travomint with no success, kept escalating me to a supervisor, which resulted in a "this call cannot be completed as dialed". This company is a scam. I booked tickets to La and they called and cancelled my flight after I had already made plans and arrangements. It's the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with not to mention I still haven't gotten the money back for the "cancelled" flights. I will be speaking to a lawyer to sue for damages caused by this cancelled flight which was Travomints fault. They booked a flight which was not even available by the airline. I booked tickets to Morocco. they sent me an email confirmation, three days later an email showed on my inbox from travomint " trip has been cancelled". i called and the agent was very rude, as he asked which airlines you booked with, and i said Delta( which is a great company), he said call them and hang up on me!! so i called back again and asked why they cancelled my flight after I had already made plans and arrangements? they offered a different itinerary with 3x the initial price, when i asked to speak with a supervisor; this second agent hang up on me too!! It's the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with not to mention the rudeness of their staff! they show flights on their website and once you book, they still show the same flights with higher price and if someone books, they cancel on you, and they use the same strategy until the flights are not available any more!! that's how i see it! Total fraud. Steve, Max Darrell and Zane - Took refund money issued by United Airlines from cancelled pandemic flight in May 2020 (booking number 6028) and did not refund the money I paid them to the tune of $880. So they kept the airline refund and my money. I don't think the federal government's intention was to enrich the third party travel agent by requiring refunds during the pandemic. Total liars as they promised to refund numerous times and even gave me an email stating they would. Now they do not take phone calls, give fake phone numbers to call back and do not return any call they promised to - no return of email either. Pursuing government agency complaints now. I am not a competitor but work in a dental office and was trying to attend my son's graduation in Nijmegen Netherlands. STAY AWAY!!!! read more
