Three people called me throughout the day. In the end, the third person wanted me to pay an additional $100. The whole thing feels like a scam. Don't ever book through them! The airline said I could get a refund or credit but had to go.through Travomint. Travo mint did NOTHING. Alex and Chris are the WORST. I think they're running the company out of their apartment in India as they seem to be the only employees. BEWARE they will take your money and not give a shit about you.
