Been waiting over a month for a dispute to be resolved with these guys. All they do is send emails back and forth (delayed) when I have clearly stated my position on a refund/product replacement.
Had done trades via trade me. Both times got products in good time, but the quality of one item for rabbits is not fit for them to live in, had screws missing from box and door broke off in first week of having it.
$80 product and they wanted to give me a $15 refund at first. I asked for a replacement item similar to something else I had bought that was only $40 but then they had none in stock, and offered me $20 refund. That's just insulting. The next one up was almost $50 and I said that I would pay the shipping. Had to restate it twice and then crickets.
They email and I email right back and then there are weeks in between their replies with no resolution in sight.
Just want the whole thing sorted. Won't be doing any trades with them in the future, their customer service is a total joke. It appears that this is a consistent issue with this company! read more
