These People are out of their mind when it comes to their decision of accepting new renters. Mind you my wife and I make ATLEAST 6 times more than what the rent is, yet they denied us because they "Couldn't verify our income" even though I sent them both of our statements from all of our banks since November. They expect somebody to make 6 times the rent per person, which who in their right mind would move to an apartment with appliances that look straight from the 70s when they make over 7k a month? Also all of the apartments that are upstairs are all carpeted. Brooke was nice, Maya promised us that she would call us the second a 2x2 with a patio was available but she never did, Not only that, they literally NEVER pick up the phone, they will literally click you away if you call them anonymously. I definitely do NOT recommend moving here, ESPECIALLY if you have the money to move somewhere much nicer read more

I've been a resident here for almost a year, they started booting cars and I recently got a new license plate and without any warning, my car was booted. I had parked July 11th and on the next day (July 12th) my car had a boot. Not once did I get a warning/notice. You would think having a decal on your window with a number that is designated to your car to open the gate, that they would at least give you a warning. read more

I was robbed at Treasure Cay Apartments. I only lived there a few months. The manager and the maintenance men had a thief ring going. The maintenance man with the red hair would stand by the door of the main office and call the other maintenance men (who were in your apartment at the time) that you just pulled in through the entrance gate. I watched one of them come running out of the entrance foyer of my unit. He knew I was coming and had his eyes on the road. He didn't even bother to lock my door when he ran out. I knew I had been robbed by the staff when I returned my keys and saw my candy bowl I got as a gift on the managers desk. I was robbed by the Treasure Cay staff in June 2021. The manager and the janitor boys were also thief's.They tried to make it look like a neighbor robbed me. However when I turned in my keys, there was my stolen candy bowl on the managers desk. Find a better place to live where nobody has your keys. Over $3500 worth of things were stolen. Black leather jacket and a diamond ring was just the beginning. The Thief's would wait till I left to run an errand. Then someone watching the entrance gate would call the person invading my apartment on a cell phone to warn them I was home. Don't rent here, they hire without background checks. I have lived here for three years. The staff (office and maintenance) and the residents are very friendly. The office holds a lot of events for residents to mingle, as well as charity events during the holiday seasons. You can pay your rent online, submit a maintenance request online, and renew your lease online as well. They have done well moving this location into the information age. Before I moved in, they let me inspect the apartment to report any issues (I didn't find any). The only issues I have had were resolved right away when brought to their attention, which has only been one or two since I moved in, which is not bad at all for living someplace for three years. One issue was a leak from the neighbor's shower drain (resolved the day I let them know), and my AC was undercharged (which was fixed within 15 minutes). There is a small dog park, which you can take your dog to and let them run outside. It is narrow but has plenty of room for them to run. They have a pool, gym, and laundry facility. If anything is going to be closed for maintenance, you will get a text ahead of time from the office. The way the buildings are built, I hardly ever hear my neighbors. I rented this apartment because of a mold issue I was having with my home. Upon moving in the dishwasher and the toilet were leaking . I had to call the office three times to fix the toilet and twice to fix the dishwasher. Due to not resolving the issue properly mold developed around the areas the water was leaking. When I complained about the mold they sent the same maintenance guy out and he left a document stating that he did not see any mold. Then I e-mailed the office a video of both areas and got very upset and told them I would be contacting the building Dept, my lawyer, etc. then they started to offer a minuscule amounts of services. Because I am very allergic to mold and have experience with it; I asked for a new apartment and they refused. I then asked them to get a licensed hygienist and mold contractor to remediate the mold in my apartment and they refused that as well.I had been sick for a month, the antibiotics were not working, and I had a severe sinus infection and all this complex is willing to do is send a company to put new vinyl flooring in, send the maintenance man to put a ozone machine in the apartment for a day, and have the carpet cleaned. Mold is a very serious situation and should be handled by people who are properly qualified; I could die from this and here I am stuck in a lease and an unsafe environment!!! I have also spent a few thousand dollars in hotel fees, mold hygienist ,dry cleaners, and that does not even begin to cover loss of wages!!! My question Is if they will do this and they know the building department is watching; what will they do in secrecy . I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT RENTING FROM THIS COMPLEX; they do not care about the safety of their tenants!!! read more

Do not move here. Service dog or not, they will do anything in they're power to get your animal out. A simple bark from your animal is considered "aggressive". If you choose to move here, learn how to mind your own. And don't be surprised when they leave nasty letters in your door. They're constantly watching you. I felt harassed and as if I had no privacy. I couldn't take my dog outside without someone complaining that he was a pit bull. (The office takes complaints too seriously, and you also have no say as to what actually happened) So here you go Treasure Cay, take this complaint as serious as you did theirs. Oh and don't expect any money back, unless they know they're wrong and feel bad. And if you move next to someone who works for corporate, expect everything to go down hill from there. read more

im Not the one to complain but I'm feed up! This is My first apartment of my own and they are they landlords from "HE double hockey sticks". Ive Lived here 2 years now and my car been towed from my residence 4 times over the 2 years in the middle of the night and had to pay tow fines, boot fines, gate fee etc because when I first got my car it didn't have insurance(ok i corrected myself) , second time "my car had a flat and wasnt mobile for 2 days( my tire pop on a Saturday night and most tire places closed Sunday,my car was towed Sunday but ok ) other time, my car wasn't registered with the complex( I called and gave them my car information) and now this morning I woke up to a boot on the same car, at the same house I been living for two year and when I called to get explanation she states to me that even though I called and gave them the color the made the model the tag that it's not register with out a barcode( my bar code washed away off the car) I pay 1400 every month for a 1 bedroom apartment for me and my son, I don't ask for nobody help, I handle and pay my bills like everybody else so for them to take money that i work HARD for is unacceptable . This has been the worst rental experience I could imagine I'm just glad my lease will be ending in a few months. i don't even want to touch base on the fact that the house it self consistently increasing of rent when my toilet "don't feel like flushing" sometimes and since I work from home my job loves to hear the neighbors in the their garage with their power tool, motorcycle, and etc. but I don't complain because there just trying to enjoy there home just like me. But it's the fees for me, Im trying to go from first time renter to home buyer and I can't even flourish and save properly because they are charging me every step of the way. I lived here from October 2016 until June of this year and I loved it. The apartments are more than ten years old so they are starting to show their age and some of them are nicer inside than others but for the price and the area it's a very good deal. The exteriors of the buildings are well-maintained and the grounds and landscaping always look nice. The office and maintenance staff are nice, polite, courteous and always willing to help. If something breaks and you call, they fix it right away. The quality of your neighbors does make a difference too and I was lucky in that respect but if I'd had bad neighbors I feel that management would have listened to my complaints and would have tried to correct them. I lived in multiple other rentals in Fort Pierce over the years and if I ever return to Fort Pierce to live, I would happily move back there. read more

I moved in to a very dirty apartment which I had to clean before even putting my things away. The shower still had a guys whiskers all over it. I never even used the oven and it was dirty I tried to clean it but some stains wouldn't come out. When I moved out they charged me for cleaning of the oven. They already kept my deposit because I was transferred and had to break my lease. I guess they needed more money from me. As the rest of the apartment was spotless 100% better shape than I received it in. I even had the form that I filled out when I moved in stating the stove was dirty but that obviously didn't matter. So all I can say is if you rent here insist on getting the apartment in spotless condition or you'll pay in the end. Make sure the oven is spotless. read more

The very phony Property Manager ripped off half of my security deposit. Other than normal wear and tear, I left the apartment in better condition than I received it; when I moved in, my Solarium had very visible carpet stains. What's even worse, if I didn't keep pressing the issue, the girl basically told me that I'd just have to deal with the spots being there. "They did everything they could," and they weren't about to replace the carpet either. The manager ended up mailing me photos of so-called "evidence"..the pictures were poorly lit, discolored and had no dates/times/etc. Even if they did have to go behind me, it would've been so minor that it was literally extreme nitpicking; there was no need to charge me. Other than basic wear and tear, the apartment wasn't even the slightest bit trashed or dirty. I can't give a recommendation for this complex. read more

This is the worst place I've ever lived. I can't wait to move. If I could break our lease I would. The people in the office couldn't get our information into the gate so I was getting random calls of strangers thinking I was someone else. The place we moved into is trashed. Old yellow blinds. Bright red fingernail polish on the floor in living room and kitchen. Our fan/light didn't work in the master and when I called to have it fixed they said it would take a while for the fan to come on OR I COULD PAY FOR IT MYSELF. Why? I didn't break it. Then when it was replaced it was only a fan. They didn't get the light built into it which is what the original had. My fire alarm goes off when I toast anything so we unplugged it and taped it to the wall so it wouldn't hit the door. I wanted an apartment with a deb but one wasn't available. I never use my "porch" because we don't smoke and mosquitos have invaded the surrounding area. Light switches don't work and neither do most of the outlets. Paint is peeling off of cabinets and doors. Did I mention THE PARKING. It clearly states that visitors and guests have their own parking lot and yet these jerks take the residents spots so I have to park far away from my apartment and carry my 6 month old in her car seat all the way to my apartment because there are guests parked in front of my apartment. They don't have stickers on their car. I want to tape signs to their car with an arrow to guest parking. Why should residents have to walk farther because guests are rude and inconsiderate. They should be towed unless they have a sticker. I really wish I could go back in time and never move to this hell hole. I can't wait for my lease to be up so I can get out of here and this will all be a distant nightmare. read more
