When she finally came in the room she had no answer l for any question we had. Her responses were "I don't know." She had her iPad in the room with her and she was googling info. She read to me the description of a chicken pox. When I pointed it out, she brushed me off in saying "no that's not chicken pox." She proceeded to take pictures of his bumps and text them to her friend to see if she knew what it was. She went on to say it might be lupus. LUPUS!!!! I think chicken pox should be an easy diagnosis. Please stay away from this office! If you see Marta in any other office, don't walk, run out!!

Even though they could not provide the services I required, they did look up someone who could. Then the receptionist I spoke with happily provided me with all the pertinent information. I didn't even have to request her help. It was offered freely. In today's world that speaks volumes to me! When significant health issues, including a partial amputation caused me to apply for SS Disability, his office refused to turn over my medical records to SSD. When I requested MY OWN MEDICAL RECORDS they refused! This is a violation of HIPAA law. My disability claim was held up for 20 MONTHS, during which time I had no income. My claim was denied & SSD informed me that this was at least in part due to their inability to acquire my records from Dr. Groso's office. I doubt anyone in his office even knows what HIPAA is & I strongly suspect that their refusal to turn over any records to anyone could be because they've lost, deleted, or simply neglected to save these records. My lawyer has tried to contact Dr. Groso's office to remedy this situation to no avail. Dr. Groso's office is seriously harming my quality of life due to their incompetence & lack of knowledge and experience. I would strongly recommend against becoming a patient of Dr Groso.
