Opened in 2002, Rag Street sells gently used ladies clothing, shoes, designer handbags, jewelry, home goods, decor, and furniture. They add over 500 new items to their sales floor every week so there is always something fresh and new to shop. If you want to consign with them the term is 60 days and you receive 40 percent of the sale price. The shop is set up like a boutique with inviting racks with name brand clothing like Ralph Lauren and Lily Pulitzer. They had good sales all over the store like 60 percent off glassware, a lamp, and select shoes. I especially liked the cute bags. There are a variety of restaurants and shops including Tommy Bahamas,Salt life and Calaveros Cantina. There is an outdoor Amphitheater for concerts and performances. Before Harbourside was built the land was occupied by a bank building, the Perry Institute for Marine Science and the Burt Reynolds Museum. In early 2000 Jupiter purchased the land and Harbourside opened in December of 2014. In the summer of 2021, Harbourside rebranded by reducing its retail space by 70 percent in favor of outdoor dining and small gatherings. They prefer to generate income from offices. Under the new plan live music concerts which had been a source of complaints and lawsuits would be reduced to 10 a year. With less stores Harbourside is hoping to be more known for its special events. There is a classic car show once a month on Saturdays and on Sunday mornings there is an outdoor yoga class. There is also a waterfront market I attended with small businesses and food vendors. Jupiter's 2.5 mile Riverwalk pathway runs from Oceanside at the beach and crosses over the Intracoastal to Harbourside. The path allows people biking and traveling by foot to follow the Intracoastal north to the Jupiter inlet. It is nice to walk along the path within Harbourside. Harbourside has free parking in the garage if you stay under 2 hours. The Burt Reynolds and Friends Museum was a hard loss to the community. He was Jupiter's favorite son. There isn't anywhere I'd shop in Harbourside but I like the Tommy Bahamas (to eat), BurgerFi, Subculture Coffee, and Calaveras Cantina. It seems like Jupiter is a little lost on how to best use this prime real estate. There isn't very much to make you want to stick around although the water view is beautiful. Hopefully they will get it figured out and make Harbourside a not to be missed destination experience.

Seller Beware.......Yesterday I took two high end bags and a pair of $150 shoes in to be sold. At that time, the employee told me that only the shoes were accepted and offered me a very low payout which I accepted. I carried what I thought was my two bags to the car and thought nothing more until I realized today that I'd only been given back one bag. I immediately called the store to explain what had occurred. They've told me that I can buy it back IF they can find it. It's still in their system as unsold but after two hours they've not yet found it. I've shopped and sold things at Style Encore for years but I won't be going back nor will I recommend it to anyone who inquires about shopping there.

The meh- staff seemed disconnected, not particularly helpful and what I would call "frosty". They opened their doors in 2005, Ron Hart, the owner brought hippiness to this area. I guess if you are a Grateful Dead fan, this is your place. I beg him to please sell it but he won't budge. It was not even my fault. It was theirs for not labeling item. I did not think it was fair. I don't think I would return to that particular store.

It also is a bit bigger inside than you'd imagine from the exterior entrance. They obviously have some folks really researching price values as there weren't many bargains. That being said, if you've been searching for a specific item here and finally find it, then buy it. We saw quite a number of well-dressed ladies scoping out the gently used clothing. And happy with some of the name brands they were finding. I imagine this is on a route for the "ladies that lunch" to make the journey from West Palm to find a bargain. They rent space to different vendors who set…read moreup their own cutely decorated sections so there is a huge variety of antiques, curated thrift, furniture, art, jewelry, vintage, boho, and coastal decor to discover. I had fun exploring several rooms of art, furniture, collectibles, home goods, clothes, jewelry, decorations, and much more. There were so many unique and show stopping pieces. I loved the sweet botanicals at the Enchanted Forest, an Egyptian sarcophagus and chest, a playful monkey crawling across a bar, and the vintage cookie jars and glassware. The prices seemed very reasonable and the lovely ladies who were working were on hand to help but also left me free to explore as I prefer.
