They are striving to open a transitional facility that will give victims and survivors housing, counseling, therapy, education, financial aid, healthcare, and childcare. Rufs is located in the St. Lucie plaza. While this plaza has seen better days, don't let the shabby exterior deter you from visiting this gem of a thrift store. Inside is a boutique like interior with tons of clothes, accessories, small appliances, and household goods. Prices are deeply discounted and everything is attractively arranged. If you have a young lady in your life in need of a formal dress for prom or homecoming, this is the place to go. Gowns which still had their hundreds of dollars price tags were marked down to $50. Another item that caught my eye was a the perfect pair of high heels for Halloween. The couple who were working the store were friendly and sweet. Come out and support this great organization while updating your wardrobe and saving money all at the same time.

It is the oldest church in Martin County. I love how beautiful the church is and it is well worth a visit. This sweet little thrift store is located across the street from the church's Houg Hall and it is run by church volunteers. Since the 1982 they have been selling well priced and gently used clothing, accessories, home goods, furniture, books, and more. They accept donations and proceeds go to outreach ministries.
